I love Sprouttttttttttts! Always been made happy if something needed adjusting. I shop here at least 3 times a week.(probably $150.00 and up) I accidentally bought 2 magazines, which turned out to be one and the same.I wanted to exchange one of them for something else.The mag was $4.95. A supervisor, Evelyn, treated me with disdain, and disrespect. I asked to see the manager, Chris. He did resolve the issue, but told me this one time only.(I don't plan to have the same issue again) I did not have my receipt, okay, I understand. But, it is Evelyn that gave me a bad taste in my mouth.I heard the rules, but I think customer retention is extremely important. Big deal, a magazine. I can go elsewhere with my business.
