Myron, store manager should be terminated immediately! Myron is rude, lacks professionalism, diplomacy, and tact. In contacting your offices, instructions were provided to report to the Bexley, Ohio locationon East Main Street prior to 530pm in order to be serviced. Upon arrival at 5:24pm Myron broadcasted that the store was closing and he would not be taking any additional customers. Myron is the rudest associate I have ever came in contact with and requires additional training. In speaking specifically with an associate over the phone, I was told as long as I was gonna here before 5:30pm, I would be seen. No one else was present outside of employees which appeared to be chatting and in conversation among themselves. These behaviors will undoubtedly destroy your business. Myron was arrogant and down right nasty. Myron is a poor reflection on your business and several alternate complaints will be filed. If customers will not be seen at 5:30pm where the store closes at 6:00pm, don't recommend the customer present prior to 5:30pm. Myron should pride himself on a more proactive approach toward customer service as I will certainly voice publically his novice business management skills. The recommendation is Myron as he loudly stated, I am Myron, Store Manager!' is in dire need of constructive feedback with progressive discipline in place, he will ruin your entity-Mark My Words
