I would like to make a complaint. Today when I called because a charge appeared on my account with no notice, the staff member Ally laughed when I told her that I am unable to use the gym because of COVID and it was not right of them to make charges without notifying the clients. I asked her to cancel my membership many times (this is after sending multiple emails during COVID to cancel). She told me she couldn't cancel and I explained to her that I am not able to use the gyms services due to COVID and that this will become a legal matter because of how they handled it and laughing at me because I cannot use the gym because of COVID is not appropriate. She finally took the charge off my account when I told her I wanted the owner to call me. This is completely irresponsible way of handling customers. I am very disappointed and am looking into legal action as I stated to Ally if I do not her back from her manager or the owner.
