Quest has the worst customer service of any business I have ever dealt with. Unfortunately, in the community where I live it is the only lab in my network. The website does not work for making appointments. The website doesn't work for much of anything. Billing service is beyond belief for service. I have bank records of payments made and checks clearing my bank yet I keep getting bills. When I finally was able to talk to a real person I was told the problem was taken care of. I had in fact been over billed and would receive a check. Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha. Some creative customer service person dreamed up a way to finish the call. Sending a message via the contact on the website---no response. Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha. Discussing with my insurance provider and Medicare. Friendliness and knowledge on survey below does not apply when the customer service rep is automated.
