On 11/14/21 my wife and I ate at the Batesburg sc location which we frequent often, however this time was more memorable because we were not the only customers in the store and certainly not the only ones that experienced horrible customer service in the lines of long wait times for food ( one customer had to wait for over an hour to get a 20 piece chicken order, others had long wait times and wrong orders ) we all experienced rude customer treatment and argumentative staff amongst each other and customers when they brought the matter to the staffs attention. Mine in particular was long wait time and a wrong sandwich order ( we ordered the New BLT sandwich and received it without bacon on it and when brought to the staffs attention she argued that she told us that the bacon was frozen " which she never did or I would have changed the order " and yet she still wrong up the sandwich as a BLT. At one point a Female which I assume was a manager came to the front counter and specifically assigned each person to a post because all staff members were attempting to prepare orders which may have been the cause of wrong orders in the first place , I truly believe all staff members were unprepared for the business on hand and I further believe that is due to poor management skills. And NO we did not attempt to discuss this with on duty management because they did not appear to be approachable enough to discuss the matter further.
