Hi,
My Name Is Megan Mcginley. I Have Frequented The Einsteins Bagels At 3300 South 1300 Est In Salt Lake City,utah For 8 Years!! I Have Always Encountered Very Friendly Personnel.
Today, February 17th Was A Huge Exception. I Had Placed And Paid For An Order One Hour Before Arriving To Pick Up My Order. The Order Was To Be Picked P At 1:30pm. The Traffic Was Horrible Because Of Road Construction. I Arrive Slightly Before 2:00.when I Arrived The Cashier, Bryan Told Me That They Had Thrown My Order Away. I Asked For A Refund. They Informed Me That They Couldn't Do That Because They Had Cleaned Up And The Cash Register Was Locked. The Entire Restaurant Was Cleaned And Chairs Stacked Before 2 Pm.i Was Very Upset That I Received Such Disrespect. The Employees Began Heckling Me And Told Me To Get Out! I Asked For Their Names And They Refused To Give Them To Me. On The Way Out Of The Door, A Bearded Employee Opened The Door And Slammed The Door Into My Right Arm, Causing Bruising To That Arm. I Was In Tears When I Left And A Customer Outside The Restaurant Asked If I Was Alright. They Obviously Witnessed This!
I Am Requesting 100% Refund And Compensation For Treatment And Injury.
