I have repeatedly tried to get answers regarding my online order that has not shown up and supposedly because it's being shipped from a store foot locker is unable to cancel. Problem is NO ONE can get in touch with the store that it's "shipping" from. (We've been trying for days) I have spoken to rude footlocker representatives who continue to give me the run around and tell me that I have to wait 3-5 business days for them to reach the store, when all I want is to cancel my order and get my money back. They sold me a pair of shoes that they didn't have in stock and now want to hold my money instead of issuing the return. Absolutely terrible customer service.
