To Whom It May Concern;

I would like to file complaint about the service at Quest's lab located on Quimby Rd, San Jose, CA 95148. Recently, I took my mom to this location around 3:20PM for walk-in. I signed in the computer and told to be sit and wait to be call. I am 100% sure that there is no message that they are not guaranteed to be call when I signed in. However, around 3:45pm the lady walks out when she saw couple people walk-in. She announced no more walk-in. I walked up to her and ask her I was here before these people and I had been waiting for almost half hour. Even, the phlebotomist called my mom's name, but she won't let my mom in. She said only take appointment and no more walk-in. It is not 4:00pm yet and there is only one person with appointment before my mom but she won't allow my mom in. I was so mad and asked her to speak with the supervisor. She said "she is supervisor. Her name is Kristina." I asked her what is her last name, but she won't ask me. I don't know what kind of altitude and service is she? It is pretty bad service. I wasted my time for nothing. I will not bring my mom to this place anymore. I hope someone will look into this and make some chance. Otherwise, the business will going down for sure. Because no one want to come here anymore. Thanks
