HORRIBLE--> You don't sell just the basket from any of your commercial shredders!! I was told I would need to purchase an entirely new unit!! You want me to spend 3,000.00 + for a 50.00 part.

do not buy ativa phone chargers. I was late to work because of the poor quality, it took 36 hours to get a full charge. I have had a wall phone charger and cord for a week. I put in trash.

I Have Purchased 5 Of The Small Shredders And I Have One That Stopped Working We Have Called For Support They Told Us To Clean The Eye With A Q-tip Which We Did That Didn't Work.
Trying To Get Them Back On Support Help Is Like Getting Your Teeth Pulled I Would Not Recommend Them For Any Type Of Equptiment Due To The Lack Of Customer Service When The Rest Of Them Fail We Will Just Throw Them Away.

We purchased an Ativa calculator through Amazon. We have had it for less than 90 days and it does not work properly. The paper gets stuck in it and won't go through. We are hoping for either a refund or an exchange. This is a defect product.

We have a ATIVA shredder purchased in March of this year 2020. We have had a lot of trouble with the shredder. I have called customer service and talked to Nadine and have send two fax with a copy of how we paid for the shredder. We have called 8-14, 9-9, 9,10,1/11, with no response back. We have cleaned the shredder the way we were told but it is not helping. Nadine and I believe the sensor is bad. The shredder shreds runs, stops, runs, stops constantly. We paid good money for this shredder and expect it to work for more than a few months. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP US!

I purchased Ativa Shredder 3/24/2020 and today is 8/10/2020. My shredder has been non working for a month. I have called three times the # on back of shredder and no call back. Terrible customer Manufacturer service. I work in an industry which needs a shredder. I would never recommend buying a shredder from Ativa thru Office Depot again.

my shredder doesn't work I call and this customer service representative told me that because I never lubricated it that because of that I cannot get my shredder fixed.. I have Apple computer I have an Apple phone I have a Canon printer and I have other stuff in my house that I am certain that if I call them and tell them that the device is not working they will fix it or they would tell me that I have to pay an amount for me to get it fixed but something not that you're going to tell me that there's nothing I could do about it so I can go out and buy another one so what I'm going to do is I'm going to give you guys a horrible review and I am going to throw this away and buy another one but ativa.. and I will make sure that everybody knows what type of horrible customer service you guys provide..

How can I get someone who knows what they're doing and can help me resolve my shredder issue? Or, can I just take the non-working one back to where I purchased it (Office Depot/Office Max) in Austin, TX and get an exchange or a refund?
