We have a ATIVA shredder purchased in March of this year 2020. We have had a lot of trouble with the shredder. I have called customer service and talked to Nadine and have send two fax with a copy of how we paid for the shredder. We have called 8-14, 9-9, 9,10,1/11, with no response back. We have cleaned the shredder the way we were told but it is not helping. Nadine and I believe the sensor is bad. The shredder shreds runs, stops, runs, stops constantly. We paid good money for this shredder and expect it to work for more than a few months. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP US!
