Pizza Hut Generally Sucks Big Time.

Hard To Reach And Obtain Any Real Help From Anyone At Corporate Office Or Local Store.

When I Contact The Local Store, I Am Told To Contact Corporate. When I Contact Corporate I Am Told To Contact Local Store.

My Issues Have To Do Mainly With Their Lously Web Page And Ordering System Online. The Whole Online Ordering Experience Is Just Horrible. I Have Been Kicked Off The System During Various Stages Of Attempting To Place An Order With Pizza Hut And When Also Attempting To View My So Called "hut Rewards".

Calling Corporate Is A Joke. I Called Today To Be Infornmed Of Their Open Hours, Which Is Now. When I Go Through Their Response Unit, I Am Informed That They Are Currently Closed @ 11:30 A.m. Eastern Time.

I was a customer at pizzas hut at 913 galbraith road,cincinnati,oh 45231 , on oct 17,2023 'my incident #0104542046 no one has called me concerning my experience with pizzas hut employee
no one from corporate has reach out to me concerning my experience and pizzas hut slogan makes you believe that we I the customer matters but that not true because no one cares about what I has to say to make pizzas hut a better franchise by voicing my opinion, pizzas hut has offer me a 8.00 credit over the phone from the impolite employee who I spoke to over the phone I don't want it and I called pizzas hut customer service were someone by the name of Amanda Mills issued me a 15.00 dollar credit which I asked for a REFUND of my MONEY BACK ,because I lost my appetite for PIZZAS HUT .NO ONE KEPT THE TIME OUT TO CALL ME ON MY FEELINGS , AND ANOTHER THING I BROUGHT FOOD FOR 3 AND 15.00 DOLLARS AT TODAY PRICES IS NOT GOING TO BE ENOUGH TO FEED 3 ,I SPENT $33.64 + A TIP TO THE DRIVER AND PIZZA HUT WANT TO OFFER ME A $15.00 CREDIT BE FOR REAL. SOMEONE NEEDS TO PHONE ME ASAP FROM PIZZAS HUT CORP.

I called three times 2 of those times got hung up on and the third was put on hold I went in and there was three staff in there not doing anything and saying they were short staffed

My delivery order was wrong & they didn't care to correct it when I called the store. Their prices are already outrageous, so I will nor be spending my hard earned money anymore with Pizza Hutt in Philadelphia Ms

I used to be able to order Delivery from the Inver Grove Heights location a year ago I found out that This location(any location for that matter) Does NOT ) deliver to MY house house Anymore. Why ?? I called this location and talked to a MGR and he told me that a New location was coming to my area I didn't ask where. They said my House is in a a "Dead Zone/bad location" !!!

my wife and i go out to eat about once a month. deep pan pizza hut meat lovers with extra cheese has always been my favorite pizza so she surprised me and we made the trip to kenton for a special treat. it was horrible. took forever to get our food. the table beside us kept having to ask why their order was taking so long. people came in for their call in order to pick up and they had to wait 1/2 before it was ready. the table on the other side of us ordered, then was told they couldn't get it and eventually just gave up and left and took their business elsewhere. we are patient people and didn't complain much about the wait, but we should've. the come time to pay our bill, it was quite a bit more then what was expected, when we asked the manager about it she basically ignored us and finally made some comment about prices going up and the little, small, unnoticeable note on the wall says all prices increased. then change the menus to be correct. we don't walk into a restaurant and start checking the back wall to see if the prices are correct in the menu. my wife also has bladder issues, especially right after eating, and when we went to leave she went to use the bathroom and it was out of order. when asked about this, the manager just shrugged. horrible horrible experience. and the thing is, there were more people behind the counter then there was in the dining are so they had plenty of help. we will not be back in that pizza hut again, and, as much as pizza hut used to be our favorite pizza outing, probably will never be back in another pizza hut anywhere if that's how you allow them to run their businesses. horrible horrible horrible.

It is absolutely disgusting with the staffing problems af your branch in Cobham service stop in Surrey. I stop quite regularly there and it is getting worse. This evening 28/10 it has become impossible. There is one lovely Polish girl probably 7 months pregnant trying to manage on her own. At the moment there is a girl from Starbucks trying to help. Where is the manager?

This is not a complaint, but a suggestion, to change your pizza sauce a little. I just had a slice of a thin crust pizza and the sauce was so sour and thick, like tomato paste, salt and pepper. Maybe thin it out and add a little sugar. Make it taste like Italians made it, instead of tasting like it came out of a can. I still like the thin crust! Just a suggestion from a customer.

I had ordered a stuffed crust pizza and paid for it and received a regular pizza and called about it and they weren't trying to do anything about it despite proof I even offered to trade out pizzas wanted me to pay extra for that was just really an inconsiderate person I had another order messed up before.by them and it was so stressful I order off the app and they keep saying I'm hitting wrong things but I've been ordering Pizza Hut for a while now so I really hope you get back with me I'm tired of getting done like this

I must say I'm disappointed with the results getting hold of pizza hut corporate office. I've written four times now and where a simple credit or voucher would satisfy my complaint* , I feel it just keeps ignoring me

The location we always order from is going down hill in the orders & quality of food. They shortchanged us of our Alfredo Pasta & it was cold & terribly done after waiting an HR for it. They say to you when they screw up they will credit your card that's a lie they never do. I spent almost $20 for nothing. They need to revamp this store & retrain everyone Inc the cooks. I worked in a Pizza place & never was it like that. Stay away from 17500 NW Frwy Houston Texas store if you value your money & customer service & food like

I ordered personal at 12:54 pm pan pizza and a 20 oz mug root beer and i Chocolate chip cookies before 3 pm and I ordered the food online and I put it for delivery and no one came and then I called Pizza Hut three times and one one pick up the phone. All I got on the on the phone was an audmaned voice saying hello good bye. I used my credit card the name of the credit card was amcrcan express and the bill came to 18.00. And I am not satisfied coumster. I want the 18.00 dollars to be put back on my credit card please and thank you.

Pizza Hut n Winamac in is horrible on delivery times , remembering other items and the employees can remember anything I'll never buy from u again Jeremy m Miller worst place to buy greasy pizza but the CEO's r getting super rich with there lame pizza s. Freaky sad

Today's date is 9/08/18 we order pizza on line from your beeville store at 632pm at 745 I called and was told it was on the road at 800 I called and your answering service gave me a different answer they do Not no how to read address in beeville I guess they took my father-in-law his pizza at o e address then went back 20 mins later and dropped mine my pizza was cold and did not get it untill 820 this is not the way things are ran this is not the first time this has happened I am not looking for a refund take the expensive price for the pizza and give your employees reading lessons I will be taking my business somewhere else and so will my whole family

I have NEVER had the service that I had this evening!!! Worst ever , it took me over 3hrs to get my pizza , there was only 1 person working claimed to be the GM' wouldn't tell his name no regional phone number or corporate he couldn't give out!! They had no food that we wanted NO THIN NO STUFFED CRUST , No pasta of any sort... I wanted to ask WHY are u even open!! I order from Pizza Hut at least once a week if not more and I don't know if I will ever order from then again! And I'll make sure to tell the people I know that they better make sure they have food and plenty of workers cause I wouldn't want them to wait damn near 3 or more hours like me and my family had too!!!

You know Pizza Hut has really really good pizza. But some of the restaurants do not you justice. It's really hard to find a good Pizza Hut. But there is one and it is located in Winnsboro, Louisiana. The pizza is absolutely the best. I wish your corporate office would fix it up more by re-doing the whole restaurant. The manager was awesome and the place was clean. It just needs the bathrooms and the restaurant area updated. I think it was as good as employees could get it with what the have to work with. My husband and I visit this Pizza Hut because we think it's the best one around if you want the taste of Pizza Hut pizza and we do not even live close to Winnsboro. Why not do your excellent manager and fix up her restaurant. I don't think you will regret it. Thank you and love your pizza when I can find one of your good restaurants.

My question/concern is why are the employees making the pizzas NOT required to wear plastic gloves. About 2 weeks ago when I went to pick up an order of a large pizza I noticed as I was paying that the employee making pizza, was grabbing the ingredients with his bare hands and in between, wiping his nose as well as his hair, then returning to picking up other ingredients to lay on the pizza crust. This was very upsetting to me and I am surprised the health department would allow that.
I didn't want to cause a problem so didn't mention it while I was there but wanted to find out if it is acceptable to Pizza Hut management. Any comments?

My family and I stopped into the Pizza Hut on Kirkwood Hwy in Delaware on Saturday April 28th. We were told by the girl at the register rudely to go ahead and sit down if we were eating in that she was overwhelmed and short handed. It took over 15 minutes for her to come to the table and get our drink order. My wife and daughter got salads and asked for silverware. It took another 5 minutes to get silverware. We were the only people in the restaurant besides another family who already had their food. We waited a total of 45 minutes and still no pizza's. We ordered a large pepperoni and a medium cheese. Finally somebody else came into the store and a guy was getting ready to help them. I asked about our pizza and he knew nothing about it. He asked the girl who took our order if the pizza's were in the oven. She asked what the order was. She was the one who took the order and it was the only eat in order at this point. I told him and she said no the pizza's were not in the oven yet. I told them we didn't want the pizza at this point as we were on our way to a baseball game and we were going to be late. We paid our bill for the drinks and salad and went on our way. The whole experience was horrible. She had a bad attitude the whole time and didn't seem like she had a clue of to what was going on. I understand that people have bad days and maybe this was hers. All I know is we have a budget and that is why we wanted to bring the family for pizza. It is a inexpensive way to eat out for a family night. We ended up spending a lot more at the ballgame because we didn't get fed at your Pizza Hut due to lack of customer service.

Hello my name is Robert Croll and I Live in Las Vegas NV,there is 7 acres of flat dirt land near my neighborhood and four other nice neighborhoods but we dont have but we only have one fast food near us its a taco bell thats it we have to drive 3 miles to get to a pizza place of any kind we need a pizza place near us real bad and this 7 acres is a hot spot for a pizza place you folks would make a killing bettwr jump on this before one else does its a great location for four big neighborhoods that dont have any fast food near us its on sahara ave. I live in Parma Ohio ZIP code 44134 I've called twice to two different locations you send coupons to our apartment building all the time and every number that I call says we don't deliver to your address so why are you soliciting us to be your customers if you can't deliver to our building so with this I'm very angry and I refuse I will never order from Pizza Hut again this is very much a disgrace don't do your mass mailings and not know your audience sincerely Diane Glen Parma Ohio 44134 actually address 6666 State Road Ohio 44134 unbelievable I am going to continue to tell anyone that I know not to order from you what a disgrace don't solicit where you're not going to deliver

I worked for pizza hut Jacksonville Florida, started as a driver, started having problems with my car, so I ask for inside traing, they said yes, and took me off the schedual effectively firing me, if they couldn't destroy my car, they couldn't use me, so they lied to me and fired me after I completed my last schedualed week

Dominos is normally my to go to for ordering pizza for carrying out or delivery. I recently visiting one of the small town Pizza Huts in Franklin Springs GA and order a veggie pizza. I was delicious. When I got back home to myrtle beach I decided to try to pizza hut just a few blocks away off of 79th Ave N. The pizza was horrible. One of the waitresses actually touched the pizza with her hands to move it after she had touched other stuff. I hardly ever see anyone in the parking lot and that should have been a warning sign. BEWARE when eating here.
The manager is very rude and careless about your experience.

Pizazz but manager Frank at 13096 veterans memorial in Houston,tx . Was very unprofessional. He was yelling and cussing . He said fck is you . Will never spend my money there . He should be fired
