Unfortunately, I must agree with the other reviews of customer service from Toshiba. I have a Toshiba sound bar that stopped working after 3 months. It is still in warranty. I shipped it back to Toshiba at a cost of almost $100. After 3 months, it was returned to me, unrepaired. I have spoken with 7 Toshiba customer service agents, all in the Philippines and was either shunted to another agent or lost the connection. Everyone apologizes, but no one solves the problem.

The moral of this story, DO NOT BUY A TOSHIBA PRODUCT!
