My initial phone call was just to find out what the mailing address was, so I could send a laptop in to be repaired.

I kept getting told that they could not give me their mailing address unless I "selected the second option to ship something," that way "they didn't have to be responsible for anything while it was being sent in."

Customer support's knowledge of the English language was beyond horrible. I had to ask several times for them to repeat themselves, and even then they did not want to give me their address without telling them that I was going to send something in.
