I just needed a spare battery for my laptop. I contact customer support to make sure I got the right one. I didn't. After many tries of being put on hold or just plain hung up on I finally reached someone. The said it was my fault becaus I placed the order. Their representative is the one who said this would work. They also say that that can't refund my money back until they receive the battery back. So, I am without a battery, out over $100s, got yelled at by a supervisor that said it was my fault and not theirs. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER TOSHIBA PRODUCT AGAIN!
