I purchased a car from AutoNation and October of 2017 and January 2018 the truck stop running i only had the truck 2 months so on Monday January 15th I had the car dropped off at Mercedes-Benz Greenway i got a call from the service guy over at Mercedes-Benz Greenway Plaza telling me that my warranty didn't cover the part that was needed to fix my truck so I intern went over to AutoNation Chrysler Jeep and Dodge at 1515 Southwest Freeway I spoke with Jose which is the guy that I signed all my paperwork with he and turn one spoke with another guy he never told me the guys name but he gave the guy my contract and stuff the person that he gave the paperwork to look at the paperwork look at me throw it up on his desk and proceeded to start looking at his phone never speaking to me asking me what we never asked me what was wrong or anything so I told Jose to give me my paperwork back and that I will call my finance company and let him know that the truck has stopped running and I feel $1,400 to have this truck fixed when I've only had it 2 months then I was told by my brother to call the general manager I'm thinking his name is Brian Gretchen I do know the first name is Brian but anyway I left Braun several messages today is January 21st of 2018 and Brian has not as of yet called me back so I can turn call one of the sales managers I think it is his name is Richard Smith and he said he would try to see it what was going on or when I call for Richard Smith Friday which was January 20th I was so rudely told Richard Smith no longer Cedar and the guy hung up before I could say anything else and he never said his name but my thing is I don't care who no longer works there who do work there if your general manager you should contact the customer back I mean that's just good customer service and this is not the first car I bought from them I bought a car back in April from them and it was totaled and they still haven't did the paperwork on the warranty that wasn't used on that to get the check out it's still just sitting there when you call nobody answered a lot of returns a phone calls and when you go there to talk about it you said in the lobby to 3 hours while they're sitting there looking at you like you don't exist I feel each and every one of them needs to be replaced with someone that's going to have good customer service I guess they're just there for a paycheck cuz once you buy a car from them if it stops I've learned that they're not going to get it fixed for you because they went so far as to tell the Mercedes-Benz dealership if the warranty company doesn't cover the cost of the repairs they will not be paying for any repairs for my truck now once again I've only had this truck to months it shouldn't have quit working and I'm not the only one that had a problem with him my sister got a car a month before I did and only drove her car one week and it's just getting it back this month in January and she bought it at the first part of October these people are a big rip off and I will not stop here letting people know my next step is to get me an attorney to see what I can do to get my truck fixed my mom passed January 20th and I don't have transportation to get around in because I wasn't offered a loaner car
