My name's Juanique Williams i need help. I have been AFLAC customer sense 2008. I file a claim on March 15 2017 on policy Accident . Im still have not been paid for this claims. Everytime a call Customer service the reasons why someone tell me sometjing different. I was injury on Dec 17 2016. Now im told they need the original doctor's note when i was injury. I faxed all the information after my surgery. Please call me this is out of hand. I dont understand who's audition the paperwork. Thanks for your time.

Faxed a 27 pg claim on 11.25.16. Have not been able to reach you
to see if you received it. Have tried everything! Can't afford to fax it again. HELP!

I will NEVER use Aflac again. I've been getting the runaround about my short term disability for the last month. I've never received a copy of my policy and they keep changing how long my policy has to be in effect in order to claim. And then they are coming up with preexisting condition....uhhh it was a total knee replacement..

It is virtually impossible to get in touch with a live person under 20 minutes. They are understaffed at BEST. You cannot find an alternate number to simply reach an operator. And... it they are trying to weasel out of paying on a claim on a technicality. Aflac's customer service sucks donkey balls.

Wonderful help, they stayed with me until all matters were resolved perfectly, not part way, all the way. So nice to hear them call me sir or by my last name, yes please and all the proper things our mother's taught us to do. Just love calling customer service and getting people here in the USA that ask how you are, what may they do for you and just find time to shoot the breeze while they are researching your issues. It made me feel like I was family, like they were concerned, and like they had my back. What a wonderful experience. Even the nice folks like Tiffany in the Tech department was a joy. Thanks to all of you nice folks, be safe and may each person that calls get this kind of service. Outstanding!

I went to the dentist paid 475.00 dollars for my treatment to found out all they will gives me something on was the X-ray which was anything but 35.00 they are an rip off I will not stay with the any more.

I have 4 policies and had my tonsils/ I HAD AFLAC SINCE 2004,SURGERY COST $10,000.00 i am 57.which is high aflac, paid one hundred dollar or less

I think you should be ashamed to advertise one day pay when my daughter was diagnosed in December of 2014 and here it is 4 months later and she has been paid for 1 procedure and she has had several which the last was surgery due to cancer.

Extremely disappointed and disgusted by Aflac! I had a policy that was to be cancelled 11/01/13 it took until 3/27/15. I am due a refund which I have several correspondence stating that I am owed it as proof!!!! For 48 days I have been told I would be getting a refund and still all lies. So I am currently contacting the Better Business Bureau and posting the horrible ordeal on Facebook plus letting all coworkers know to never use Aflac. I will get my refund even if I have to go to the local news consumer reports. DANA HITESHUE. Westmoreland County PA

Back in 1999, all was well when I needed AFLAC> I have noticed a great difference in the past few years. It takes forever to talk to an agent, and then they don't give the correct replies to questions. I still have to figure everything out on my own. AFLAC can be wonderful, but it has gotten tedious to work with them now. I especially have trouble with the accident policy and its payments. The web site is VERY UNFRIENDLY! I want my old AFLAC.

Approximately 11 months ago I was moving into my 1st home when while moving some boxes my left knee gave out from under me. I saw my orthopedic dr and advised him that I had progressing knee pain for the lasr several months but I considered it to be arthritis from previous surgeries and it was not concerning to me but the injury and pain I had in the knee when I fell was very alarming. He sent me for an MRI which showed I had lateral ligament damage that required surgery and therapy. While recovering, I went to get in my vehicle and lost my balance and tried to compensate my weight resulting in sharp pains in the opposite knee that led to another MRI showing I tore my meniscus and once again required surgery to repair and additional therapy. Aflac sends me a letterddenying my appeal saying they dont cover knee pain. I never filed an appeal til about 2 weeks ago explaining that I sought medical treatment when I twisted my knee that resulted in ligament damage. Last week, I get a letter that they need more info from my provider and/or myself. I called 3 times today and no one can tell me what that info is but I will know when I get my denial lettter. REALLY? Im tired of dealing with these jokers and am turning it over to my attorney. I will never ever pay for an AFLAC policy again. Its not worth the headache and never getting an answer.

Set u up for a policy that u didn't know about then refuses to pay u back the money once u notice they did this, let alone the piss poor customer service they have. Won't recommend this ins to ANYONE!!!!!!

i tried to reach a customer support person for 2 hours. call seemed to go through then was disconnected. this happened at least 15 times. It happened to the NY line as well.

aflac takes your money from each paycheck and on time, but makes it hell when they have to pay a claim. worst service of my 65 years.

Aflac has a program where they will give you cash for certain injuries/ER visits. My wife's coworker (who is on free Medicaid) has this and goes to the ER once a month. The visit costs her nothing and she sends them a copy of the doctor release and gets cash. She works at a full time job and is paid very well. Thanks Aflac for letting your policy holders be deadbeats.

I am so disgusted with aflac!!!! I shattered my thumb on 11/12/13. I have borh accident, and short term diability coverage. Its now 12/11/13, and just found out my claim has bbeen denied. Not sure how that is possible!!!! I have sent inall the paperwork that they requested! Aflac is SCAM!!! Thank you Aflac for screwing Christmas for my family!!!!!

Hmmmm an Anonymous person making a stupid remark. Aflac has worked for me and my family for many many years now. At the age of 4 i was diagnosed with childhood cancer and my parents had a cancer policy along with a hospital, an accident. Aflac paid my parents for all the treatments that i received and my parents were able to be with me through my process of treatment. AFLAC is not a SCAM.
Unfortuantely we live in a society that not everyone is truthful, example i had a policy holder where he got into an accident and he had told his mother and she was just on my phone and that AFLAC is a Scam and all the stuff and that he filed everything for the claim well it comes to find out the and that he refused to say is that the accident was cuased due to him DUI and HE CAUSED the accident.

I have had AFLAC for yrs and the first couple times i used my benefits the service was great and now havent heard anything in yrs and decided to meet with a company rep. who talked me into buying more insurance and said in order to satisfy my other unpaid claims he needed all the info which i provided and now a year and 4 months later still nothing so who is paying who and who is working for who that is my question

I recently learned that my former employer did not pay my premiums on the 3 policies that I carry for the last 6 weeks of my employment yet still deducted for the premiums. I also learned that because of this my policies were cancelled. I have spoken to employees that are still working there and 1 of them has received a cancelation notice for the same reason. The human resources person at the company is refusing to help and giving no one answers. What rights do we have and recourse against this employer for not paying premiums and getting us cancelled? I now have to jump through hoops just to see if I can get reinstated and I really wanted to carry on with my short term disability since all of the policies are portable! Help!!
