I was at the BP gas station 6250 W. Colonial, Orlando FL 32818 this morning, put some gas asked the receipt and balance of my gas card, she's very mean and never gave me a receipt and balance . And then I bought a $10 power ball ticket they gave me a ticket but she's never gave me an extra raffle ticket and I saw it the ticket machine asked her I need those raffle ticket she told me go get in the machine. She's very dishonest and very mean clerk.

My husband and I stop at ROCS everyday to grab a 44oz soda.
Since we stop for soda, when we need gas, we fill up with gas. When we fill up with gas and find ourselves hungry we go to ROCS deli and order food. Do you see where I'm going with this?
Familiar with the Children's book, "IF YOU GIVE A PANCAKE" or "IF YOU GIVE A MOUSE A COOKIE".
Do some light reading. It just might bring sales and lost customers.
The old saying is you learn the most valuable lessons in your youth.

The store manager is the worst ever BP 4101 Alabama ave SE , Washington DC his name is Z I have filed an formal complaint withBBB I have also contacted BLM , DC Council members , my ANC Commissioner will want him gone , out of our community NOW , he has disrespected members of the community , he has Harassed me and made rude, sexiest comments I don't know him , he changes the price of merchandise all the time to higher price , we want him moved out of this all black community now .

Worst service I have ever received. Was literally chased down in the store as the cashier was yelling "ma'am! ma'am! OH no, I ain't messin' with you lady!" "Oh hell no!" I was literally walking looking for a restroom without a mask because of my medical condition and was harassed and discriminated against for not being able to wear a mask. I was told I could not use the restroom and told to leave. My husband was buying gas and was going to come in and buy snacks. So we were paying customers! I will never darken the doors of a BP gas station. It's a shame that this is what our customer service has come to.

One of your scott worker took her time coming to the window and she didn't have anyone else she was rude that was at 740 pm that was on 82 in greenwood scott gas station

I contact customer service about a manager in kalamazoo, mich. How ride loud fowl language and intimidation. I realize it's their job to encourage people to use the discount card but to feel shamed by management has taken it way to far. I've been going to this same store for 10years. It's my neighborhood gas station. Since I've called to let corporate know how this story is being neglected as to no coffee first thing in morning. The condiments and such isn't replenished. The cash ATM is empty and opened. Unable to use at times not many times but enough. Know I had gone in to this store and I was greeted with the coworker of Katie's shouting across store through customers stating. I'm not going to serve you. Why I replied Katie says not to serve you. I stayed can the manager come out. Have the manager come out and explain to me why I can't get served. No manager merged. I played the 2.00 I had to pay for my coffee and walked out. I was embarrassed humiliated confused why These things were being side to me in front of other customers. Now I have been stressed out over this hole indecent. I've been going to this same store for 10 or So years and I abruptly been stoped from you going and spending my cash there for the things I gotten there for many years. This loud rude mismanagement so called manager needs to be taken out of this position or sent to a different store. It seems to a lot of customers she hasn't been a good manager all the time she's been at this store. What am I and others to do. There are others their just afraid to come cleared do to retaliation This has to do with a manager here in kalamazoo,mich. On East main st. Know I am open to their retaliation. I'm a little uncomfortable about that.

Your store in Appomattox is a disgrace the so called manager (Megan)is very rude.I stopped for lunch it was a nightmare people waiting for their orders way too long (just hotdogs)people actually walked out. And the profanity coming from the manager. I usually stop there daily but I will take my business elsewhere.

Your gas station at New York Street and Commons in Aurora Illinois is a disgrace to your company name. The person at the counter in the am, Budhay a black gentleman with dreads, is always high or smoking marijuana and getting high in the entrance door to the gas station. There is also always a strong smell of it inside the station and at the pumps. He is also always being vulgar and trying to pick up every young girl that walks through the door. I frequent this location at least four times a week and it is very unprofessional.

Your station on Janesville rd in Hales Corners, Wisconsin is never a pleasant trip for me. But today was the icing on the cake, I tried to purchase a cup of coffee for $1.40, tried to use my debit card, and because the chip is damaged your pin pads wouldn't accept my payment, which I think is unfair and total garbage, please update your pin pads, or change them, the damaged chip problem does not mean that a debit card is stolen or being used fraudulently, it's a common problem that happens to just about everyone with a chip card. Second of all, you should probably retrain your employees in customer service because the woman at the counter cashiering around 10:30 am on 2/28/20 was very crass, very rude, and coming from someone with over a decade of customer service experience, the fact that your employee demanded to dump my coffee and didn't just let me go with my cheap coffee despite my card not working is horrible for customer relations. While I was a service counter clerk I would let people go with cheap products all the time when the circumstances were right and I had the best customer report in the store, my co-workers and managers knew my methods and encouraged them, and they're still begging me to come back. Bottom line is, if you want your station to do well customer service wise, you guys need to change something up, because as it is, I live across the street from this station, but I'll gladly go and spend my money elsewhere to avoid your terrible employees and technology.

Traveling from MN thru Bunn N C on Sat Nov 9 on route to a funeral, we had occasion to stop at the BP station. You need to get a regional manager there. The clerks kept talking in other languages but that is not the worst. The store was FILTHY inside and out and especially the bathrooms.
And since they serve food, I wonder how safe that is. My sister lives in Louisburg N C near there and frequents the station. I will have her follow up in time to see if the improvements have been made.

Unable to get in touch with anyone. Concerning mybp phone app had to fill up and could not use my points. Bummer. Can I still get points with the reseat from that station

Just stopped at a BP service station at
Rt 22 of rt 77 by Salt Fork state park
In Ohio. Was a terrible experience
The women bathroom was closed. The men's bathroom the toilet was not bolted down and top was open. The area around the station was not well kept. There was nothing to clean your windshield with by the pumps
Also no toilet paper except a large roll on the floor that was wet. Been a BP customer
Since you were Sohio or about 50 years
Just terrible

No gas station in Danville Ohio, went in the first time and one of the ladies made fun of me and my friend. We disregarded it until later In the day, we had to go back to the gas station. We were immediately harassed as soon as we came back in. She was laughing at us and pointing. I told her how I felt about her acting that way. (She's a new lady) and she said well I just shouldn't have came back then. I said, "lady clearly I didn't come back for you. It's a gas station."

Hello so I'm at this bp gas station in Elizabeth nj off of bayway avenue and the employees here are rude and disrespectful the doors are locked and they are pointing and laughing like children they are disregarding every customer as if we're beneath them they need better training before they hire anyone oh and it's an Indian lady a Spanish male who pumps gas and another Spanish lady please contact me back

Cashier Alex at the canton, mi store on haggerty and Ford rd was very rude. When I said I was going to make a complaint he said he doesn't care and dared me to do it. Then proceeded to taunt and argue with me on my way out the store.

Customer complaint stopped in Libertyville Illinois gas station 113 North Milwaukee Ave. sign advertise gas for 295 a gallon I attempted to use my Marianos rewards card to get a discount the station attendant seem to be very confuse wasn't sure how to activate that discount. When I went to the actual pump pump number four and I checked all the pumps afterwards the gas was actually 3.25. When I attempted to communicate with the gas station tenet or attendant he appeared to be confused or maybe was just faking it didn't want to make an adjustment says BP site ID is 893-7799 the station number is 05002588657 I paid with my debit card want to see about getting an adjustment I didn't receive my Marianos discount and it was a bait and switch where the original price for Was advertised as $2.95 a gallon but at the punp was $3.25. I'm out 15 dollars because one of your workers young white lady after 11 o'clock last night charged me 27 77 for a few items I left the store tried to pump gas. I returned for her to tell me I didnt pay for the gas...so all my items went thru except the gas??? She proceeded to hand me another receipt with everything except the gas on which made no since to me. I would like my money back. Your worker needs more training

I will NEVER buy fuel at another BP, ARCO, etc. again. Although I was provided with a paper receipt for my transaction, it lacked the proper information. When I realized this, I called the station, corporate, etc. Even with a date, time, and transaction number, they reported that they were unable to provide me with a receipt indicating gallons pumped, price, and total cost.

REALLY?! In this day and age of computers, databases & data analysis?

The bp at 280 Main St, Bunn, NC 27508 has not had receipt paper at the pump my last four visits. I have called this to the attention of the clerk inside. He told me he had told the manager about the problem but he had made no effort to put paper at the pumps. I stopped going to another gas station because of this problem. If this problem is not corrected, I plan to take my business elsewhere as do others I have talked with about the problem. That was the reason I got a bp gas card so I did not have to go inside to pay. Any help with this problem would be greatly appreciated.

I was at BP gas in Elgin,IL and gave my gas money for pump and 10 to the cashier there was 3 cars were in the parking lot not many cars the cashier put my money on wrong pump I pressed help on the machine no response I blew the horn no response I look in store and the cashier is laughing and playing not paying attention to me trying to get her attention so I walked back in and asked about my gas she say I gave her wrong pump and I know I didn't she was smiling like holding back from laughing so I asked her name and she said why I said because your boss need to know your not doing your job and u think it's funny that I had to come back in store I just had a baby 3 months ago and still in pain from c session birth of a 10 lb baby. Another employee by the name David offered me to leave I stated when I get her name or corporate number I would leave he said he would get it for me and proceeded to the office I waited about 3 min and asked how much longer he came out off with piece of paper with a number scribbled on I asked what the numbers were and asked for a pen to write them clearly while I was writing he came over and snatched the paper and balled it up and told me to leave I was only asking for what the numbers was then he called the police like I had did something wrong while they laughed at the situation as I demanded a number for corporate or there boss they said no. If they were doing there job I would have had to come back in store they were of Spanish decent and I'm African American I feel like they disrespected me bc of my color and thought it was funny . When the police came the worker finally gave her name PATRICE and DaviD then came out off with the corporate number and other number to reach manager. Black lives matter BP even in Elgin IL right off exit 54 B Interstate 90. All I asked for was her name and I got this a bad experience with BP gas station there is a police report now bc they tried to make out to be a irate customer I was waiting inside store seating down until police came I'm disappointed in the people that work at this BP bc they treated me like I was a villain because they wasn't doing there job

I have been a long standing customer for the last year at your gas/store location on Broad St in Downtown Columbus Ohio. For a week now, there has been no coffee, cappuccino or soft drinks available. When I asked if the machines were down, the employee told me it wasn't the machines, it was just that no product had been ordered. I would think this would be a managers responsibility as well as to ensure the customers start their day off right and can rely on BP to help with that. Not very happy about this and my co-workers and I are searching for a different morning coffee location.

5.10 am 15/ 01/2019 worst experience ever! Entered to pay my fuel,with card, firstly the guy snapped as I didn't place card correct enough to swipe first go, then no eye contact, no thank you, nothing except a terrible aggressive energy.

I than moved up to next counter to purchase a pastry, he appeared so I took opportunity to comment you came off quite rude he looked at me and then said I don't care this annoyed me and some heated words followed.

At no point did he try and settle the matter, in fact he escalated like nothing I've ever encountered before from a sales person. He had absolutely no concern about what he was saying, it got to the point he started calling me a pig and telling me he could do as he liked and that I should have known.. even to the point he was standing waving his arms around at the window as I walked, got into my car n drove off, he was emulating giving me the finger. I don't have to tell you that this man is a liabilities to your company.He would not give his name, he was wearing no tag, he took a $30 petrol payment at about 5.10 am. He seemed to escalate when another worker heard what was going on. The worst behavior I have ever seen from a person in a sales position. He clearly was letting me know that he had absolutely no concern about his behavior or possible consequences. This was the no on silver water road heading north on the right side of road!
