Extremely poor service in Frederick, MD store today. I waited at the cash jewelry-area cash register for 5-10 minutes while the employee (Lorena) who came into the area AFTER I began waiting in line to pay for items I was holding waiting on other customers. She even rang-up one of those other customers at the register in front of me and walked away. The other employee who was there prior to arrival (helping another customer when I approached the cash register) of Lorena didn't tell Lorena I had been waiting, Lorena didn't ask who was there "first" -- nothing. Both employees ignored me.

Waiting over 24 hours for someone to call me about my order. No such luck.
I have not received everything that was on packing list. Getting to the point where I am considering sending entire order back. Waiting around for phone to ring is not right when they tell you they will call you within 24 hours. I think someone needs to get their act together and either hire more people to get these call backs done or get people to answer phone.

We ordered furniture and came in damaged.
They sent out a new couch and that a bad cushion on it ! Now waiting for new leather cushion ! Called in to check on how long, and was told 4 to 6 weeks!!
WOW I don't believe it. Can understand why!!!

We love Boscov's but we always have to hunt to find a cashier. Lots of stations but no people. Kohl's doesn't have this problem

I shopped at Boscovs this morning. Store 18. Reg. 2149. Trans. 21266. I bought 4 items. Sheets, pillow cases and two T shirts. Figuring in my head I approximated the total to be $28.00. After ringing up the Cashier told me the total came to $40.00 and change. I told Him I believe that is wrong. Checking revealed the sheets rang up as $20.00 instead of the sale price of $7.99. I explained the sheets are on sale and there were several signs stating $7.99. Although he did not use these words his attitude was it is what it is. I ask him to call the bedding dept. to check. He declined stating they will not answer the phone. After a minute or two of bickering(nicely) he ask me to accompany him to check. We walked to the bedding dept. where the $7.99 price was verified. Returned to his register where he re rang my items. That totalled $35.00 plus change. Shaun I told him it was wrong reiterating my total, pointing to each item, stating the price of each while totalling. He insisted that the total was 35.00 as that was what the register stated. More nice bickering for several minutes. The employee eventually showed me the computer screen listing the items with prices. He also stated the difference was the tax. I responded: tax on clothes? And if so it would not nearly total the difference. Within seconds I discovered that a T shirt for 7.99 had been entered twice. The employee re rang the items totalling $28.41.
I was in a hurry and my time is very important. I spent a lot of unnecessary time in your store. Also, though the employee was never disrespectful not not once did he apologize.
Hopefully Boscovs can compensate me for my time and inconvenience.

I had an extremely long wait to talk with someone, Maybe even longer than dealing with cable or phone, but thankful for the classical music used for waiting. With the speaker phone on, I continued working. When someone finally answered, he was extremely helpful, courteous, and handled all my questions with ease. I was frustrated with the wait, but they are the best store around and very busy. Put your phone on speaker and go on with your day's activities until they answer.

Waited over 20 minutes 2 times on the phone today and still received no help or live person. Not to mention, the online sight leaves you unable to place orders as well.
Seriously annoyed.

I like the cross and Windsor brand blue jeans good prices but at least half of them the pockets are not sewn up correctly leaving holes in pockets is there any quality control at manufacturing level to address this is anybody checking or listening? Would appreciate pocket trouble to be fixed in future because I buy many pairs every year for work but the pockets should not come apart all the time for no reason except poor sewing. Thank you for any help in this matter.

Been a loyal customer for years . Spent $30 on curtains today using my Boscov's credit card. Purchased a $5 purse and was asked for ID. Talked to customer service at the store and was told there was no reason for this. My card is signed so that was not the problem. Will think twice about doing business at Boscov's .

Won't ever honor 1yr warranty on big ticket item.was slow in initial response n follow up. Shame on you boscovs. Won't be shopping there anymore will go to Macys.

I was at Boscov's in the Ocean County Mall in Toms River NJ this evening to return pajamas. I went to the first register I came to after entering the store. The girl at the register said I needed to go to the proper department. I never had to do that before. With an attitute she decided to take my return. I went to leave the store and found something to purchase. I went to one register and no one was there an employee yelled to go to the register across the way. I went to that register and the employee said her register was closed. She said to go to another register, and pointed to a woman and said her register is open. As I was walking to her register she said I'll be there when I finish this. There was a woman standing at the register waiting already. I waited for a few minutes and decided if your employees do want to work, I will spend my money at a store that cares about their customers.

To whom it may concern:
I have purchased 2 recliners from boscov's in May 2016. I received both chairs that need repairs. I've left a message for someone to call me last week. No one returned my call. My opinion I think it's a disgrace buying 2 recliners and they both need repairs. They should have replace them with new ones. I will never purchase any thing again in this store. My mother went to take advantage of the product Rodent Sheriff that was advertised in your mailed circular and stopped by Boscovs on June 11th! Well it was not in stock and my mother asked why then was in advertised in your circular and was then given a rain check. Today is the 17th and still not in stock! My question to you is why would you advertise having a product in your circular that is not in stock in your stores? YOU SHOULD NEVER ADVERTISE HAVING A PRODUCT IN YOUR STORES WHEN YOU DO NOT! My mother wasted time and GAS to go back to your store and You still do not have the product! Not consumer friendly Boscovs, not consumer friendly at all!

We purchaced a couch and love seat a while ago and the switch release broke on the loveseat. It was replaced by a company in Pa. It took forever. Just now, 6/10/16 another switch release broke on the love seat. I am so upset over this purchace. It seemed to be of hogh quality but it is not. We need it repaired again! Help me out here!

I purchased a sofa & loveseat from Boscov's around June 2015 for my daughter's family. It was on sale for a very good price. Unfortunately it was a VERY POOR QUALITY purchase and probably not even worth the $599.99 that they cost! Within 2 months, the springs in the seats gave way, my son-in-law tried to fix them only to have them break again within 3 more months. They gave up, tossed them into the garbage and had to find second hand replacements since my money was now down the drain and they didn't have much on their own. I'm very disappointed that Boscov's would sell such inferior products since for the most part I have been very happy with their merchandise. If I had known they issues they were having, I would have contacted customer service and complained at the time, but only recently found out about the problems. This furniture didn't even last ONE YEAR!!!

Received in the mail my Boscov's Rewards for 2015. Have no idea what to do with all this money so I'm going to Registered Mail it back to Jim Boscove. What a slap in the face. If I were running your store, I'd stop this insulting reward program.

Hour Late Delivery ( Not The Issue ) Your Delivery Folks Left A Lot Of Debris / Garbage Laying In The Front Yard And Near Entrance Of House. Apparently No Pride In Workmanship. Don't Think I Want Boscov"s To Deliver Goods Hear Anymore.

I had a bed delivery today. .I asked the two gentlemen to please take their shoes off or to wear covers as I have brand new white carpet in my bedroom. .they didn't comply..also they said the extra part they left were just that. Extra parts...they were part of my side rails on my sleigh bed that they didn't put on...While they were nice ..they didn't respect my wishes on the shoes and we're too hurried to put the parts on correctly. ..?????? Not happy...

Recently I returned defective items to the Boscovs return center by UPS. When carton was opened, allegedly, they replied "items not
in box!?". Then, they " found " one but not the "other"??!!

i was shoping at bosco on sept, 10. 2015. got on ecaslator and fell. ambulance was called. bleeding out of nose badly. didnt go to hospital. they were very helpful then. i want to know why no one called to see how i was doing. is that the way u treat u customers. how in considerate are u. i always shop there. no more. if thats how customers are treated. store upset about this. see my dr. monday. nancy pienkosky.

For probably the past two months that I have been into shop at boscovs in Frederick, their price check machines are not working and I've heard employees say that they aren't going to get fixed. I think that is ridiculous because I know they have other things to do than just price check stuff for customers all day. I'd hate to be one of the employees there at Christmas time because I know people are already rude and nasty. I can even tell that the employees are already starting to get annoyed with price checks especially when they have an armfull of merchandise to put away.

Salisbury, MD store make sure you check your bag of items before you walk out, if they accidentally or intentionally forget to put an item in your bag, you are not going to get any help and it is your loss according to the Lost and Found Department there with the rudest lady working on New Years Day. Has happened to another lady I work with also, so please be aware.
