Building 205 greens road has the worst service ever!!! You see employees walking around while lines are piled up. They try and not promote their coupons by lying to the customers and you can clearly see people with coupons. As you are walking out the store they yell at you 3 employees at a time as if your robbing the store not to take baskets out!!! Their lazy assessment need to get up and do what they ate getting paid for clearly managers of the company and who run the store aren't keeping up with policies

Please help me. I request ed a return of funds months, months, and months ago. The number was and the refund was for $20.!!. Could you please check into this. I sent the information you needed over two weeks ago.

Very disappointed with the fact that there are call 24 hours before paying off the layaway. Failure to comply with the realities or needs. At the moment I have to invest the money in another costume or ta store and cancel it the layaway. Its policy and organization is absurd and counterproductive to all but in the long run who lost you are.

I was at your 1100 S Canal Location on the 6th and I had an experience with a worker there that was very unpleasant. I always go to this location because the workers are so friendly and helpful and I always manage to find what I need. On May 6, 2015 I was shopping as usual and asked an employee named was Oralia to help me find something. She was very rude and seem to not want to be bothered. She told me to go ask someone else does it look like she knows and she doesn't have time to help me because she wanted to finish up what she was doing so she could leave. I could not believe it for such a young women to be so disrespectful. I never had an experience like this before and I hope to not again. Just wanted to inform you on you employees because I am a regular customer and if I encounter this again I will no longer shop her and tell my friends not to.

I have 23 yrs exp. In retail, great reference, met with managerr in store and introduced myself did app. On line and never got a call. Just wanted to know exactly what your company is looking for in employes?

horrible, the security does not greet you if youre hispanic. they look at you as if you were poor and broke and the only way you can come to this store is if youre going to steal something. so they watch you like youre sme type of theif.

I went to burlington in augusta ga to register for my baby and I couldn't get any help from anyone. I waited at least 20 min for help. I asked a lady who worked there to help me then 5 min later I see her on the register. They really have poor customer service..it's horrible. I just walked out mad. They better be glad I wasn't a secret shopper from their company cus they would have failed !

I Ordered It For Rome And Paris, Forget It, Can't Stash Anything In There. Pleae Tell Your Designers That Travelers Need Pockets In Overcoats For International Travel. It Stays Home And I Now Travel With A Mediocre Windbreaker, But It Has An Inside Pocket. Elegant Women Do Not Wear Fanny Packs!! We Stash Out Card And Money.

I was so very unhappy with the service you had today . I had a new girl at you're Ronhert park very unprofessional rude , and very cocky .. Never again will I be returning to you're once. Nice friendly Store in Ronhert Park. I was a loyal customer for a very long time .I would drive 20 plus miles. Have 2 malls close to home I will have to be loyal to them now ....Very rude service

The sales associates there were not helpful at all. They abuse there services when in fact they only work there part time. They gave me a hassle over a product I found that was reduced and they did not do anything except made me look bad. They started to speak Filipino (Tagolog) which made me more furious because instead of talking to me directly about the error in price; they spoke in Filipino (Tagolog) in front of me and everyone waiting in line. I'm NEVER shopping at the Burlington in San Francisco.

I visit the Jersey gardens mall in Elizabeth nj at cohoes last Saturday i had a real big order 2 carts and a young lady name raynisha ask if i want her to take me it was such a long process but sge was smiling folding and having small talk with me very nice i wanted to tip her but in stead she ask if i can donate for the fight against heart disease hope this reach the right person and to tell her thank you fo,r her kindness

I want to know if it's corporate policy not to have layaway and refund policies posted for customers to see. I went to your location on Buford Hwy in Doraville, GA today. In the past, I didn't like shopping at Burlington's because they only gave store credits, but that changed...or so I thought. I had no clue that they only issued store credits for layaway once it's started. Had I been told that upfront I would have never put anything in layaway for my growing daughters. The manager on duty could have cared less and seemed more robotic and annoyed that I spoke to her about it. She said, "It's on your receipt." Oh, you mean the receipt that I was given after you took my money?!?! Lesson learned. Now I have a credit for $102 and a salty taste in my mouth. That's bad business. I chose to shop there, but now I am forced to shop there until the credit is gone. That's just wrong and bad business practices. If you are going to do that then make sure that your stores have signs visibly placed and that associates are trained to tell everyone. I was told how long I had to pay it off and how much the cancellation fee was, but I was never told I would get a store credit once I signed up for layaway. Lesson learned. I'll use up my credit at a different location and shop in places that won't take my money from me.

One last thing, please put people in charge who know how to display empathy. The dry, I don't care tone was a huge turn off from the manager on duty this morning. The cashier was more understanding than the so called manager. She needs to be trained in customer service or put in a stock room.

Hello, I would like a member of your corporate customer service department to contact me regarding an issue I had at your store in Union Gap WA. When I was shopping I had a loss prevention person who was following me, which is of coarse their job, however, it became quite obvious and almost intimidating and I made the comment that she was not very good. At this point she confronted me and said "Did you say something" to which I replied no and I would let her know if I wanted to speak to her. At this point she goes to the front registers and makes a call. Now I ask a woman with a walkie talkie if I can let her know what happened as again, her confrontation was intimidating and hostile toward me. She inquires as to what was said, and I let her know, at this point I put back the two items in my cart that I was going to purchase for a corporate meeting I have to attend as I will not be spending any money at your company again, which is a shame as I love to shope at your stores. Then when I go to leave there is a show of force. Not, mind you the use of force. Upon leaving the store I turn and ask her name and she tells me it's Cindy. Before working in the medical field I was a customer service manger for a wonderful company Fred Meyer. What your loss prevention did, confronting a customer and showing this type of hostility is not by any means professional nor warranted. I understand she is in a difficult position, as I spent quite a while in the store unable to make up my mind about what dress I wanted to wear to my meeting. and security or loss prevention as we called it, is a necessity. I am going to speak with my husband about contacting our attorney as I felt threatened by her body language and reaction to my comment. It made her angry and she over reacted. The sad aspect of this encounter is I will never feel comfortable going into this store again. One last note. When I walked out to get into my car, a short while later, the young lady I had spoke to who I was told was a manger, came out with Cindy and they were talking and smoking in front of the store. I would like either your customer service represenitive at your corporate office or Loss Prevention to please reply to my Comment, as her behavior must be addressed again. Thank you for your time. This is the third email I am sending regarding the issue I had at your Stony Brook, NY store. I would appreciate a response. Prior to Christmas I had returned two pairs of identical slippers to this store. I had the receipt and the receipt only had three items on it. When I reached the register to request the return I was informed to dump the contents of the bag on the counter as this particular employee does not take return items out of the bag. This is what she informed me. A bit bewildered I emptied the slippers onto the counter. The employee then informed me that one pair of the slippers was not on the receipt. I showed her the identical charge for each pair of slippers. They were exactly the same thing. She continued to give me a hard time. I told her I had purchased the items a few days before that cashier possibly wrong the both up with one code as they were identical. I did not see the issue. Two exact items were bought and two exact items were returned. About fifteen minutes after she argued with me she finally got a manager who stated there was no issue. I am 62 years of age and did not enjoy being bullied by this employee for no reason. As previously stated, this is the third attempt to contact your office. I also took the survey indicated on my receipt in an attempt to voice the issue I was faced when shopping in this particular store. I would appreciate a response.

Very Rude And Disrespectful Manager at 258-1 Union Turnpike NY NY 11004. He is an Indian Man Who Seems To Of Be West Indian Culture/Decent. Absolutely Obnoxious To Customers and Staff. It Truly Blows my mind how people get these jobs and abuse others. Anyways, This Person Represents Burlington Coat Factory and Discriminates Others with his own Prejudices and Bigot Attitude. The store in Enyon Pa has some good employees but the manager Debbie is not one of them..... Very confrontational and doesnt care about making a disablec custumer wait over half an hour... This store does not care if they sell used items but charge full price for it... Beware of this store and the manager Debbie...

Store on Yarborough in el paso Tx...has 15 registers but only 2 cashiers during x-mas season with over 50 people in line...will never shop here again and will never recommend to anyone.

Today I went to buy a $300 gift card for my parents. For every $50 gift card you receive a $5 off card. I spent $300 and only received one $5 because I only bought one gift card. If I had bought 6 $50 gift cards I would have received 6 $5 off cards. This does not make any sense. I do not want to give my parents 6 gift cards. I spent $300 to only receive 1 $5 off card and someone who buys 3 $50 gift cards will receive more $5 bonus cards and spend less money. That makes me no sense! That is was waste of time for me and the people waiting in line to get 6 different cards to receive $5 off cards. You should allow $5 off cards for every $50 spent no matter how many cards are purchased.
