I did not get any paper again today and I find this so disgusting. You find it so easy to debit my credit card to be paid, but I never see papers in my drive way. Your web site cannot be reached to write anything unless I connect with Yahoo which only opens me up to more problems. What goes?

Did not get the Sunday edition of the newspaper.

Your home delivery number did not answer this morning Sunday.

Called your switchboard and they did not answer they referred me back to the home delivery number,

I even called to report errors and they did not answer.

Have been a Tribune subscriber for a long time. This past week, we have been having
issues with our delivery service. I called twice about not getting a paper, the first
time, one was delivered, the 2nd time. No. Then we did not receive a paper yesterday
again. I did not call that time.

Chicago Tribune:

i received a drenched copy of your paper this morning. Unreadable.

I called and asked for a dry, usable copy at 8:30 a.m. I was told it would be arriving in 60-90 minutes. It did not. Called again at 11:20 a.m. I was told it would not be delivered because it was "after your delivery times"!!!

Is this the best you can do?

I agree about speaking to someone in the Philippines! Aren't there enough people in the U.S. searching for jobs?????

15TH REQUEST!!!!!!!!!!!!

My amiable dispute with the Tribune over Red Plum/Local Values, an advertising throwaway I do not welcome and do not read but still do not know how to stop.

"My neighborhood gets flooded with these damn papers every week. It's ridiculous, but I need to get someones attention to stop the distribution of this thing to people who don't want it."

Each call made, each email forwarded to stop delivery, please call 1-800-TRIBUNE or email That's exactly what I have done.

I called that number. I have been calling the number & emailing my complaint since JANUARY 1, 2016 I am still receiving it on consecutive Wednesdays, It turned out I was calling a Tribune call center just outside Baguio, a city of 300,000 nestled high in the hills of northern Luzon, in the Philippines. I spoke cordially to the Tribune's phone representatives. I told them all of them my simple needââ?¬â??which was for Red Plum/Local Values to go away.

They all said they'd take care of it.

It still is appearing on my doorstep every Wednesday.

Perhaps SOMEONE can stop these intrusive papers appearing on my doorstep every Wednesday morning.

Why Is My Three Month Bill Higher Then My Neighbor Who Has The Same Service I've Been With You For Fifty Years And I"m Getting Raised Every Three Months.

During the past year we have had many failed deliveries. We have called and received a delivery later or the next day or we have requested a refund. I believe this record is unacceptable. I would like someone to call me an assure me that the problems you are having with your delivery service have been rectified.

I am extremely disappointed with the person who delivers my paper. Last Sunday he whipped the paper in my driveway and the went all over my driveway. The plastic bag broke.. When I renew my subscription in May, I was told my newspaper during the week would be in the driveway before 6:15am....that has not happen yet

It is unfortunate that William in your sales staff (4pm on 4/4/16) would be willing to let a customer (Barbara Gallus) of 14 years to quit their weekly subscription over a difference of $6.50 for the 13 week subscription. William must not be aware of the domino ramifications of how one customer with a negative experience with Tribune Sales can affect at least 100 more customers. In this day of age with social media, I believe I read in the Tribune that it is much more than that.

It is a shame. I would have stayed a customer, but William was not willing to keep my current rate of $5/week. I guess we will just make do with the Yahoo News and the radio; that is free. No hard feeling Tribune. It's just business.

I was told that I would receive a $10.00 gift card if I took the tribune for 3 months. Sunday only. I did and never received the gift card. I called about it and they said they would run a tracer ( LOL )Then I received another call asking if I would renew. I told her about the gift card so said OK. To date I never received what was promised. BUT they did have the nerve to send me a bill for $3.98 I guess I have to call BBB

At least once a month I have to call for a missed Sunday delivery! Poor service. I will cancel if this continues.

Once again, my Sunday paper was not delivered. Ready to unsubscribe if this can't be fixed. It's just 1 delivery a week, after all.

My paper is late for the second week in a row. The delivery service is unacceptable. I am on the verge of cancelling the paper.
