I purchased 2 gift cards from Discover and both are invalid. I tried to contact Cracker Barrel and only got automated responses and no ability to talk to a person. They offered me to chat with a machine or whatever for a dollar and to pay with a credit card. I am likely scammed out of $90.00 I paid for the two cards and they expect me to pay them another dollar.

I can't get a live person to speak to, I have a gift card that says it doesn't expire but when I input the number, message says card denied.

My wife bought a dress from CB while on a trip, 1 1/2 hrs away.
Attendant forgot to remove ink security tag. Our local CB cannot remove it either, they don't use those tags.
She emailed CB on their site...... nothing.
Chat options.... unavailable for days. Phone number just sends you in circles, nothing but recordings.

Me and my family just had dinner (if you could call it dinner) at the Cracker Barrell in Hendersonville, TN. What has happened to quality of the food???? Soooo disappointed. The dumplings were dry, hash brown casserole very dry and no taste at all, Mac and cheese was also dry and tasteless. Chicken not very tasteful at all. We spent $50 on a poor tasteless meal. So frustrating. Cracker Barrell was one of our favorite restaurants, but needless to say, it is now off of our restaurant list. We will not return and will pass along our dissatisfaction to friends and family. We were wondering why the used to be a parking lot full of cars had very few cars. Now we know!!!

I contacted you people 2 weeks ago about a horrible breakfast that our family got and an obnoxious waitress in one of your restaurants! No one has replied to this problem and I'm wanting to know why. I expect a response to this issue

on a recent visit I was so disappointed.. I ordered Roast Beef and as sure at I am of my name.. It came out of a can.. looked and tasted like it.. I did recieve a link for a free meal.. I copied the page thinking that I was able to use.. I deleted the link I was suppose to save.. When I went to cash it in I was told it was like an ecard.. I feel so stupid asking , but can I be sent another .. it was for 2 people meal... I did return to Cracker BArrell and the food was excellent .. made myself sick on the bacon wrapped chicken and the chocolate pecan pie.. OMG it was awesom

I had the Pot Roast Suooer today at the Cracker Barrel in Cullman, AL. It was delicious- but I might not order it again because it was too difficult to eat! The prices of meat and vegetables were cut too large to be bite sized and it was tricky to cut them even though they were fork tender since they were served in the little casserole pot. I had to put each piece on my plate and then cut them. Smaller pieces or a shallow bowl would fix the problem.

Waiting in line for more than 10 minutes, totally ignored. Only one couple ahead of me. Lack of teamwork as there was a worker in the store. She said there were several call outs, however, everyone should be trained to pitch in as necessary. I even called the store when in line. It rang more than a dozen times and was not picked up until I vocalized that I was the one calling. Glad I got here early.

I have tried to call Cracker Barrel for two weeks. I have used 2 different numbers and no one has ever answered the phone. I predict they will go out of business by the end of the year. It is the worst customer service ever! I will never go back there. I got ripped off for over $20.00 for gift card. They SUCK!

I went home this weekend to celebrate both my sisters birthdays and as always we went for breakfast at the 6251 Westport Ave., Shreveport, LA Cracker Barrel. This is my favorite place for breakfast when I visit and after we finish breakfast I went out to my car to head back to Houston, TX and my car would not start. We tried everything including boosting it several times. I went in to see if I could have a customers car moved so someone could give me a boost and the Manager, Christopher Mezier came out in the parking lot to help me. He was so nice and accommodating. I can't tell you how much I appreciate his kindness and willingness to help me get me car started. He is a jewel, thank you Cracker Barrel for excellent customer service!

I as on vacation and ate at Cracker Barrel in Wesley Chapel , Fl. on Nov. 12. Our meal took forever to get to us then I got my Gravy and grits late with no biscuits. I asked our server for them and they still never came. I asked several more times and by the time we were ready to leave, they came. Terrible service. I love Cracker Barrel but this was the worst service I have ever received in any that I have eaten at. Management wasn't any help. He just said sorry. We left with our biscuits in a bag.

I was perusing menus from a few different restaurants that I typically have never visited. Let me tell you folks I see why I have never visited Cracker Barrel. First off, your MENUE IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE. You may have the best food EVER however, there is no way I will ever set foot in CB because if your menu is an indication of the dining experience one expects....ZERO CHANCE FOLKS. OMG. And how long have you been in business?

I filled out a survey on Sunday, Oct. 24 with several concerns about the location in Gadsden, AL. I have yet to hear back. My concerns were undeniable and wish to be contacted.

I was ordering a chef salad only to find out you no longer carried my dressing. I don't understand why you no longer have thousand island dressing and that is ihe only dressing I actually like therefore I can no longer go to Cracker Barrel for my summer salads unless I bring my own dressing and that probably won't be happening.

We ate at Cracker Barrel in Whitestown Indiana.We had a service who acted like it was her first day on the job.Everything we needed I ask for many time.Never offer to refill drinks.Ask twice for to go box.We spent $26.00 and didnt have a great experience.

I ordered a hamburger steak with onions then came no onions I got baked potato no sour cream had sour cream which I don't eat my granddaughter was eating hers before I got mine back the woman who brought the meal was rude but she was not our waiter he was nice but woman need manners very disappointed

I had the worse service at your store in Gilbert, AZ CB0763 location. Tuesday 02/23/2021 arrived at 6.03 took over an hour to be seated and was told it would be 45minutes. We did not leave the restaurant until after 8pm. Took longer then it should to get our meal. My fish was cold told two servers to tell the manger finally after requesting to see the manager he came by and said I am sorry. That was it no can I get you something else could I get a hot meal for you nothing except made excuses for the cook. They still charged me for my meal. Unacceptable manager service. Your managers need to be trained properly or replace them. They will cost you your business. Because I will not be back.

I was in the cracker barrel on Jefferson ave in nn va. I was talking to another customer who had started a conversation with me. A few later I came back and was approached by an employee named tammy who told me not to talk to customers because the last people I talked to spoke with her and the manager and they expressed they were scared about my 24 daughter who I stated was gay. I felt this was inappropriate to be approached in front of other patrons. If these people wanted to stop conversation all th hey had to fo is stop, there was no force or bullying tactics used. But I think the fact that I mentioned that my daughter was in a protected class of LGBT I was approached and reprimanded.

I like the Cracker Barrel Wednesday special, the Broccoli chicken special. However, don't try ordering it at the Stuart Florida restaurant because they're always out! They serve dinner from 4pm until 9, but when I first tried ordering from this store, back in 2018, they were "sold-out" at 8PM. I've tried ordering this meal from all times from 5PM and later and EVERY time.. "SOLD-OUT". False advertising, 'bait-and-swithch' and just plain ridiculous!

My family and I have eaten at Cracker Barrell for several years and really loved it until you changed some of your menu items . I always ordered your chicken fillet with baked potato with butter and a house salad. I was really disappointed when I was told I could no longer get baked potato with butter since you only serve loaded baked potatoes. Same with the sweet potato... only loaded. I have not been back since. I had always loved your baked potatoes! I am very disappointed that my family and I can no longer eat there. Please consider offering a regular baked potato again on your menu!
