Luis Estiven Marta montoya Or Steve customer service representative provided horrible customer service. Not only he doesn't respond to ur request but he will open your file but do not respond. Also he did advice he was busy with other customers and I guess there's a scale to who to assist.

Not only that he made an send 10 000 pictures and still not satisfied. I find this is ridiculous when my warranty is still effective.
All my pictures are clear and I have resend several. Every time I send a picture he will say send new one when it's photo is very clear.

This is such a disappointment and I will never buy products from dewatt again

I have been Dewalt customer since exclusively since beginning of battery tools. The only tool failure I have had for the entire 20v line as been wires breaking at the battery connection shoe. This has been a real problem for the reciprocating saw and the multi-tool. Both experience high degree of vibrations. My complaint is that that shoe is part of the overall motor assembly and must be replaced as a unit. The cost is the same as a new complete tool. Either fix the wiring breaking issue or allow replacement of the shoe only.

They are horrible and should be put out of business . They use to be the best but not anymore . Don't but their products they suck . There batteries are expensive and DO NOT LAST . NOW THEY DONT MAKE BATTERIES . So Im stuck with leaf blower and string trimmer with no batteries .

I tried to get a compressor fixed, they had me drive it 40 miles to send it to a repair center wait 30 days to get it back and it was in worse shape than when I sent it off.

I would never buy Dewalt of Black and decker again.

I have searched round and round back-and-forth up-and-down to try to find anything on the DWS709 saw motor the motor is not good on my sore I need help I cannot get any answers at all

I understand Dewalt is going to faze out the 18 Volt batteries?Fore those of us who have your drills, impact drivers,reciprocating saws, circular saw, hammer drills I wounder what we are to do.As I have large number of these, am I supposed to by the adapter for each one and battery totally at my expense?How will Dewalt be compensating is?

Dewalt suks at provideing warrenty on product. I have tried calling to ge a attery warrentied and they do not answer or line puts you into busy signal so they do not have to deal with warrenty on item. tried online and filled out form and comments. left my comments and push cont. and they erase your comment area and when i do it again does the same thing and then closes you out to a error. i am going to go to social media to let everyone know aout Dewalt/Black and Decker co. they screw you and not provide you with your lagit warrenty item. if you want to buy something. they are johny on the spot. Company sucks. will be changeing to Ridgid or Milwalkee. top line tools that take care of there customurs.

I cannot believe the poor quality power tools this company is turning out! Skill saw lasted 5 yrs.I have a 40 yr old craftsman and a 30 yr Black & Decker that still work fine.
I just burnt out my sawzall I got for christmas 2 or 3 yrs ago.spent 30 mins filling out information on quality control only to have it say an error occured.

I'm really disappointed in the dewalt tools lately. I have about every cordless dewalt tool. I recently bought the tough system radio. The first one I took back to the place it bought it cause it kept saying the battery is dead. Take the battery out and the battery says it's full put it back in plays for a few minutes same thing stops playing says low battery so I put in a new battery some affect. They replaced the radio and I got a new one worked good for a month now doing the same thing!! Not sure if I should take it back and get a done but I'm getting tired of wasting my time going back and forth!!

Hi I am inquiring to see if you can refurbish a saw that I own. It's an older 708 sliding compound miter saw 12 in. The Saw Works fine however some of the numbers are becoming worn and very difficult to read. I would purchase a new saw but my budget does not allow me to do so at this time. I have all DeWalt tools and I love them. I was just curious if you are able to refurbish the saw? I am a full-time caregiver for my wife who suffered a brain aneurysm in 2012. And to supplement our income I make custom billiard lights using all DeWalt tools. I would also be interested in testing any new tools that you have should you ever need anyone to do so . I purchased a dewalt DCB115 charger and the 20v battery, drill kit and have had trouble with the batteries charging properly. I even returned the charger for a new one and the problem persists. When I place the batteries on the charger the "charging" lite begins to blink, as it should, after a few seconds the charger quits charging and the lite appears to say the battery is completely charged, which it is not. I take the battery off the charger and place in in the drill and it will run the drill for a few seconds then runs out of power. Is there a fix for this....faulty charger? or faulty batteries?

Framing gun, very displeased, I have a fencing business 31 years , have over 20 dewalt products batteries, chargers, flexvolts.

This nailer is terrible only drives the 3.5 in nail in 3/4 of the way and crooked.

Terrible.

My dealt circular saw dwe575 is a great saw but from the day I purchased it the guide has been off by a quarter of an inch is their an adjustment or is it a factory mistake

I dropped my Dewalt 18 volt cordless drill in my Koi pond on accident while putting up some lights. I figured it was lost in the deep water until a month later I was cleaning the pond and fished the drill out with a rake. I figured it was a goner. I let it dry out for a couple days and tried another battery and it worked!! Amazing!! Only problem is my phillips head bit is rusted on...submerged battery works too!! Amazing product considering!!

Their website doesn't work. Paid $700 for a saw and now can't contact them using their website, every time it is submitted I get an error. Their website must have been built to the same specs as my saw.

I have a concern I purchased a dcr015r dewalt radio and I loved it but just recently it fell from a box of mine about 1ft high and the volume button broke and now it stayed in only one volume setting its set on 16 and sometimes it's to loud and sometimes it's not but the frustrating part is I can't adjust it I would like to know how can o fix it without having to buy a new one that's the only thing wrong with it and it's upsetting
