Just got back from a great Disney cruise on the Fantasy. One comment: tell customers to bring lots of cash. There's no way to get cash on the ship and nothing in the brochures to prepare customers for that. Guest services told us to use the ATMs at Playa del Carmen and that they use them all the time with no problem. I'm wondering if those people at Guest Services also get the $80 charge for using that ATM that we found out about when we got home! Better yet, find a way to get customers cash on the ship. The fine cruise ship employees will get a lot more tips that way, and the ports of call will sell more knicknacks.

Disney's higher management have absolutely no customer service. They are rude and feel that talking to guest are a hassle. They have no issues charging an arm and a leg for their boat and feel that they do not NEED to provide service since most people fall for the Disney name. The "executive" team do not want to be bothered by any issue or want to talk to the people that kept DCL a float.
