I was dropping off toys and children's shoes today and the worker was completely rude. He assumed I had trash in the bags because I packaged it in trash bags because I don't have boxes lying around my house. When I told him it wasn't trash and it was toys he rolled his eyes at me. He was completely disrespectful of the entire time.

The staff at the McKellips and center location were very rude. Ripped a tag off a paining that ripped the painting and still wanted to overcharge for it by switching to a higher price tag other that was listed when I grabbed it then proceeded to rip the tag off my child's toy and put a more expensive tag on it stating that it was an error, I don't appreciate the customer service when she yells at my child saying that it's the wrong tag. This was not my child's fault. This was not my fault. It was the person that put the tag on the toy. We did not get the toy because they switched it from five dollars to $12 for a broken Nerf gun that my son was only getting for the bullets inside . This is an excusable and the way they were treating people is unacceptable.

I have currently been on hold with the Frankfort store for 39 minutes with a qiestion. I'm staying on here to see how long it takes for them to realize it

I don't understand why I have to sort out my stuff when I come to donate to you guys. This is the way it's going to be I'm going to stop donating to you. Your employees need to get off their ass and do something. The guy that I dealt with on Adolfo road in Camarillo was rude, no help at all, and really didn't do anything what I sorted out my stuff.

Came in on Monday 11/07/22 to browse the store in Upland only to find out it has been changed from a Bookstore to a boutique type of store. Felt a little sad as it seems bookstores are being dwindled down more everyday. I decided to give the "new" store a try and found some pretty good deals, a little on the pricy side but I understand in this economy it is necessary. I ended up warping up my shopping early as I was distracted by the lady working there was having a personal conversation on the phone regarding her side business and how she makes tamales and if they want my bomb ass tamales they need to pay for the meat! I mean seriously how rude could you be!!!!! There were several customers also working and you could tell they all seemed uncomfortable with her behavior. I will give this store another try in the future, hopefully when she is not there....As her unprofessionalism left a bad taste in my mouth.

Pulled up and the door was closed. Got out to ask if it's open. Shameka told me to go around and I just asked if it's open, I saw the sign. She continued to be rude and I asked if the front was open, she said absolutely not. She was extremely rude. Don't think I'll be coming to that location to donate ever again. It was completely empty as well. Why not give your 1 customer a good experience. Not the best experience to someone who just dropped off over $2000 of 2 bags of shoes. Not the best impression for my first time.

I just about got knocked the hell out by those big green carts. The girl was too short to see over those 6 ft monoliths on wheels, nor could she see thru it or around it. By back got slammed hard. This was 20min ago at the boonville Indiana store on main st. Whoever designed that cart must not have to maneuver it.

I thought goodwill was just a non profit organization? When did it become a political entity? I will boycott, and encourage everyone I come into daily contact, to also boycott. This is just the cherry on top, the last straw, besides the price gouging high prices you sell used donated free items, to I have never seen one person with any disability, or handicapped work in any store I've been in. REALIZE your place, no one elected you to regulate what people can buy
Sincerely
One freedom loving American

Today we went in Goodwill at Ballard location to look at dresser and try to place one on hold. We were unaware that you guys have 1 hr when in the past we went there and spoke to people who always hold it at least two days. We are tight on money from moving into a new home so we wanted to preplan. When we went into the store we sought interest in one and I sent my fiance to send employees so we can discuss holding but I was confused when he said 1 hr holding didn't even mention about holding until end of day. Anyway my fiance was upset confused and wasn't happy because in the past we had spoke to someone that hold a little longer. He said no that was policy that he couldn't do unless supervisor approval by that point my fiance told him no point because we were leaving since we don't have funds to purchase it in a hour. The employee flagged down the Manager of the store who stated that was policy even though they had done in past hold a little longer then an hour. I am Manager from a store locally in the area in the retail area I have never had ran into problem what I found inappropriate was the employee was pointing at my fiance while we were outside the building trying avoiding anymore conflict which lead into another problem that manager allowed to happen who also claimed we never shopped there when we been going there for the last three years.

You you drop the Senior Discount day [ Wednesday's 30% off and an additional 10% off if you are a member ]. Wow talk about corporate greed. CEO makes how much ? it's all donated items ! Seriously I hope everyone stops donating to you and see what kind of income you make after that !!!

How can Goodwill put prices on used kids toys for more than they ask for at Walmart and Target I am serious every toy in a box even if it's been opened they want $13 for some of these toys only $4 at Goodwill and Target. This is getting ridiculous I have 14 grandchildren and I shop at Goodwill to try to get them Christmas presents every year cuz I'm all they have
I have to do what I can do to get them toys ,they want more for a used toy at Goodwill then you can buy it for in a store .I can't afford to go to the store and go shopping I can't even afford to go to Goodwill and go shopping now. This is absolutely ridiculous there is no need of it these are used items and they tape them up so you can't even tell if everything's in the box or if it's all been written on or destroyed or what is even in the box. I paid $13 for a toy one day and I opened it up and what the box said the item wasn't even in there and the thing that was in there wasn't worth a dollar and it was broken. Now can you imagine giving that to a kid for Christmas thinking that it's in the box and it's all good because Goodwill sold it for $13 and they open it up and it's something that stunk and was broken and wasn't even what the box said that's just horrible. And you can't even bring these things back to Goodwill anymore they won't give you cash back all you can get is the card with credit on it and none of the stuff that's worth anything it's all way too expensive I want my money back not a card with credit I need to get my grandkids presents not use pieces of crap that ain't worth a quarter of what they're asking. They are selling coloring books that are all colored in and they tape them up so you can't look inside of them they hide broken things with the tape and the stickers so you can't tell it's broken till you take it home and take the stickers and tape off. I have seen this all the time constantly it's not right that is just wrong.

The Main manager over at Telefair in Sugarland Texas is the most RUDEST person, I have ever came across. And the way she treats her employees. My lord you don't treat people like that.

Went to the heights store in Billings, mt today.. I was checking out with my 9 year old son with about $40 worth of stuff. One of the items was an ankle support worth about 2.99 at the most and it did not have a price tag. I was told that it could not be sold and had to go back through the pricing process. New Policy????????????? I said well lets go back and put a price on it and was pretty much told to go blank myself. Those responsible for this stupid Stupid blanking policy should be terminated - Steve Preston if this decision went through you ... unbelievable. Over the next 3 days I will be cleaning out my brothers house who passed away back in Oct of 2021. I video taped the first trailer load today which I will be taking directly to the landfill tomorrow, etc. etc. I will be posting the videos on Youtube based on this Blanking Stupid Stupid Policy, I was planning to donate it all to Goodwill. $3 in exchange for a few thousand in revenue. What a S head CEO. This decision benefits only those who made the decision, those at the store level and the customer will suffer significantly. You Stupid GD Idts. "It appears your comment contains profanity..." OMG.. Ya think??

Goodwill in Oak Hill, WV is ridiculous - Middle aged lady who works the register accused me of swapping out a price tag on an item. I bought some crafting stamps one package had about 8 stamps in it so it was priced higher. The other had half the amount if not less and she tells me that's not the correct price since it doesn't match the other stamps. And if I still want it, she will sell it to me for the price of the other stamps but not the price it states. She says I either switched it out purposely or accidentally pulled it off another product when walking by. Yeah... sure (when the sticker is clearly not tampered with). So a few days later my Mom goes in and is going to buy some cross stitch products. It's priced for $6. It has 6 pieces in it. The lady then counts how many items is in the bundle. And tells her it's $36. Also this lady is beyond rude when you try to explain. Acts like you're dumb and you don't know a thing. I've taken my business elsewhere. I've told many people of your employee and store and they're now donating their items to other places that actually help people. Goodwill more like good riddance.

Goodwill in Taft Ca, majority of the items are overpriced, especially the Target and name brand items. People shop at goodwill because it's affordable and some may shop to resell, but the genuine folks that shop there because it's affordable. The color of the week is only (Monday-Friday) which is dumb. Many people can only go to goodwill on the weekends and the discount color of the week does not apply. Taft is a small town, prices of everything has gone up. There's not a huge variety of stores to shop at and it sucks that the one store that's supposed to help those in need is doing the opposite. "G" stands for Goodwill, not Gucci.

I love goodwill I believe Taft Goodwill is the best, I shopped there since they first opened. My family and I are able to afford good condition- new things from shopping here. It's lost it's purpose on helping the need and it would be wonderful to see reasonable prices and color of the "week" (Monday-Sunday) not color of the "week days" (Monday-Friday)

I hope this does reach someone who can make a change, if not at least it's off of my chest. (My vent is over.)

Avondale, PA Goodwill complaint for employee (woman who wears glasses, middle age, heavy, and wears hair in ponytail). Don't know name because I couldn't get it. She usually works in the back right inside the door and it looks like she prices items. This woman on more than one occasion has yelled at coworkers (seems she wants bins) and also yelled at customers. She is using threatening words by stating that people are stealing, changing stickers (I'm not sure what that is.) and hiding items. I would think you would want to keep this woman out of the front line of customers because she is an embarrassment to herself. I am not the first person to complain about this employee. Do something.

All I can say is how dare you take advantage of people! Your prices have gotten so high that I have decided not to shop at your stores anymore. Remember these things are donated to you to help people, not take advantage

Goodwill Venice Fl. I dread seeing Janet at the jewelry counter. She is too overwhelmed working with people and working jewelry. She is openly RUDE and downright HATEFUL to customers. She huffs and puffs when you request to see something from the jewelry counter, she doesn't want to show you more than one item and she goes as far as to actually yell at customers. She has no business in customer service. She is just mean and hateful and creates a very negative environment and hostile shopping experience.

We just visited the North Port location on us41. We pulled up with the back of an SUV full of items. We politely asked the man for another cart, he rolled his eyes and said "Jesus Christ" and then did not make an effort to get another cart. He then proceeded to stand there while we loaded up the cart, some of which were my late father's things, that would be well repurposed, and said, "whatcha doin cleaning out the garage?" I then told him not to bother with another cart, and that we would rather travel 10 miles in another direction than deal with his aggression any longer. He scowled, pfft through his lips, and walked away. His name is Michael, and he is an older gentleman with white blonde hair and a mustache. I understand that sometimes people have bad days, but the rudeness and disregard for completing the transaction were unbelievable. I thought someone at the company should be made aware. Thank you for your time.

Hello , I didn't talk to anyone on purpose, but I did want to text to someone who cares . Iam a Senior , and one of the things I looked forward to was to go into your store on Senior day is what I called it and get as much or as little as I wanted to and get the Senior discount of 30 percent off, that put a smile on this Senior who has to live on a budget.Somebody decided to take that smile away , no more discount for you ? iam sure most if not all the Seniors feel as I do. I now have no desire to go to the Goodwill at all , I dont want to think if I spend 25. Or so , then I get a small discount. I might half to still donate, because I dont like to throw good stuff in the trash . Also , friendlness is gone from the Seymour Indiana Goodwill. Especially from the young person , who is transgender, with extreme makeup and nails , this person is very cold to customers, the customers can't help it how they come in , but do they half to be soo unfriendly as well ? Any how between , Senior day gone and the unfriendliness, I don't care to go there any more , and I was a faithful customer. One positive note though, the young man in the wheelchair ? is a very nice person , I think he is in management, anyhow he does still care and tries to help you if you need help. Please maybe something better can be done, Thanks

Manager Loretta in the Leland North Carolina Goodwill was very helpful and calm me during a situation where my wallet and keys were stolen in the store. I commend her for helping me look for them and staying calm during the situation. Miss Loretta has since asked how I have been doing and continues to search for my stolen keys and wallet. I will continue to shop at Goodwill in Leland North Carolina because of Miss Loretta
