1st of all I want to say "I Love Papa John's pizza", always have. The Shallotte, NC Papa John's has turned me completely against them, all because of the service & quality of the manager working the last (2) visits. One being 04/6/21, last nite I spoke to him about how bad the pizza was on the last visit. It tasted Terrible, vegetables wasn't cooked, sauce was cold, & the cheese n the crust was barely warm. He told me I should have called, & if I had a problem call here back once I got this pizza. When I was picking my order up, he was giving someone on the phone the same exact statement he had just given me when I called my order n.Well it was same as last time, plus I ordered parmesan chicken wings & they were not done, blood @ the bone. Manager wouldn't tell me his name & he was turning my words around tell me I just didnt like their pizza I shouldn't order their. NEVER did he ask me to bring it back or did he offer me another of the same items.he just kept telling me their was nothing wrong with the food I got.he argued with that the food was done. I took a pic of the wings blood @ the bone. Hes rude & I don't plan to return to Papa johns with employees & managers like him. It makes me sad tho cause I do love the pizza & it's the closest to my house.i plan to post on FB & any other site, I can find, the pic of the bloodly wings as well as a pic of the bad pizza. Just wanted someone a where of the service people or receive,@ Shallotte, N.C.

Lost my business for life!!!
I tried to order from your local location, got recorded message no real person the entire time. Treated me like a number. Tried to make a complaint by phone, but yet again treated like a number, got ads instead of a phone number to make complaint. Absolutely worst possible customer service model. I will never buy from any Papa John's again and will encourage everyone I speak with to do as such. Even while making this complaint, no access to a real person. Sincerely, lost customer

Ordered Christmas Eve in Atlantic beach Florida, the order was not even close to what I ordered, called the store and they said that the correct order would be here any second. Never received the correct order, very disappointed

I continuously receive confirmations of orders that I have not placed. I have not checked if I have been billed although I do not think I have.

When calling to place a to go order i was redirected to a third party at which time I tried to start an order but could not understand the person who answered to take my order. I tried several times to understand what they were saying. You will lose business if people get aggravated over trying to start an order and go somewhere else.

I order pizza two times I had ordered sauce on the side they deliver my pizza. So. Calls up there the manage said yeah that happens a lot and he was going to give me half off my next order. When I went to order it he say it's to late . he didn't give me a date when I could use it I very disappointed

Loyal customer. I recently moved to coast. I live in the Ocean Springs area, On a raining Friday evening it was nice to have such a kind caring night manager. He was very helpful and considerate. Hot fresh pizza and good customer service

I called spoke to customer help line ! They couldn't find my account it was stressful! I was trying to get info on my papa Dough rewards? And help team told me I don't have anything showing? How is that kapiolani store has and always been taken my order and I show my rewards on my end but it's not being credited that's all I wanted to find out so called the help team at no prevail !!! One upset loyal customer here!

I can see right now that my comments are probably going to mean nothing to you with all the complaints that you have, I live in Decatur Illinois and I was just treated terrible by the so-called manager at one of your stores. I have bought pizzas in the store for years at least on a monthly basis I have tipped regularly and treated drivers very well most of them know me they know exactly where the house is tonight I was told my pizza would be an hour to an hour and a half I said that was fine at two hours I called into the store only to find out that my pizza was on its way here I said fine they had said it would be an hour to an hour and a half she said I don't know who you talked to you but our pizzas are going out at 2 to 2 and 1/2 hours as well had I known that I would have called out to Pizza Factory because they can have it here in 45 minutes and I've got delicious pizza she says well you I'm sure we're told it be two and a half hours I said no I was not at that time I said fine then I'll just wait on it since it's on its way 37 minutes later I called her back at that time she told me my pizza would be delivered as soon as the driver came in and picked it up I said so my pizza has not been even sent it out yet she said no the drivers not picked it up yet I said so I've waited two and a half hours and my pieces not left the store she said no it hasn't I said okay I will talk to your manager tomorrow because this is ridiculous the person I was going to eat the pizza with his already left for work this is just totally ridiculous this is unacceptable she said well that's the way the store is okay she hung up on me I got to thinking about it and I thought no I'm not going to accept this pizza because I know how that store handles things and if you call and complain about something they do something dirty to your pizza I've already heard this from people that have work there so I called back in and I said I want to cancel that pizza she says your pizzas already been canceled is it part of me she said your piece has been canceled I said who gave you the right to cancel my pizza she said I cancelled it when you hung up all the guy said you hung up on me you had no right to cancel that till your customer called back in and canceled it she said I canceled your pizza it'll be credited to your account and two to three days I said you had no right to do that Grandin I'm calling back in to cancel it but you had no right to do that on your own and she hung up on me I have never been treated so badly by anybody in any business anywhere Decatur if this is the way you have trained your people to work for your company I will never well I've already decided this anyway I will never ever purchase anything from that store again and anybody I talk to you I will tell them how badly I was talk to you tonight that is terrible I'm 65 years old I have work in customer service for 40 years if I talk to my customers like that I would have never had a job and those people there should not have jobs either if you have to wait two to two-and-a-half hours to get a pizza out to people and if you talk to customers like that you should never ever have a job the store needs to be closed down if you can't run it any better than that now I expect to hear from somebody on this situation and if that's the way you're going to continue to run that place I don't think it's going to be open very long because there's too many places in this town that will treat people right and everybody I talk to you I'm going to tell him to go to Pizza Factory to go to Pizza Hut to go to any place but Papa John's not because the pizzas bad but because I got treated like I was nothing like I was a nobody and because you take over two and a half hours to get one pizza out to a house that's less than a mile away from their store I think you've got a problem a real bad problem in Decatur Illinois I think you need to either close the store or get somebody down here that knows how to run it because there are pizza shops in this town that are going to be ran and that are ran right and it gets pizzas out in 45 minutes and they're hot and they're fresh and you're treated right by the people that you talk to on the phone and I know that you people will never even read this because I read that you've got complaints back there from 2017 people have never got answers from so I'll make my call in tomorrow to the corporate office as well as writing this complaint and I'll call over here to the local store tomorrow and make my complaint with this store manager I'll do what is the right thing to do as a customer we'll see what you do as a corporate office if you're any kind of a business at all you'll contact your customer

This store racial profiles customers. Everytime I order my orders are purposely messes up. My pizza has no sauce my pizza is cold or they send a part of my order and then I have to wait for another hour or more for the rest of my order to arrive. They even help themselves to add large tips on my credit cards. I order large pizza they send me a small pizza. I never get what I pay for. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years but after dealing with this store for the last year I am done. The manager never take me seriously when I call. Today my pizza arrived with no sauce and I was told some people like their pizza like that. And that she can't watch them make every pizza. My order said extra sauce not no sauce if your cooks can't read they should not be in the kitchen. Also I ordered a XL pizza and was sent a small pizza with a sticker that says xl on the box. I can tell The difference between a XL and a small I'm not dumb. The manager said they could send me another pizza in a hour. It was already 9:30 pm and I order this for my kids. Why is my orders always wrong every time. I gave this store multiple chances but yet they send whatever they want Everytime. This is truly unfair and I'm taking this very personal.

The bait and switch on the price for $5.99 per 2 med pizzas. Receipt did not reflect that price. I am filing a class action suit and reporting to the Colorado Attorney General for your ripoff if people who are gullible enough to buy your crap.

Tried to order pick up from Somerdale NJ Papa John's at 10:20pm and they told me they were closed for carryout because they were closing at 11. I was only able to order delivery which makes no sense to me. This wasn't the first time this happened either. My dad went there one night about the same time and was told he couldn't get a pizza thatvhe was willing to wait for. I was just trying to make it easy because I knew they were closing soon.

Papa johns in smithfield North Carolina is the rudest no customer service not caring bunch of people I had ordered pizza and they charged my credit card and didn't show up then when I called them he said we cancelled your order after we waited all that time and they didn't even contact me I will never go back and will let everybody know not to go there

I had the worse experience ever today i ordered pizza with my card online and waited and my pizza never came so i called and was told my pizza was delivered but it didn't get delivered to me! I was informed the delivery driver gave my order to someone else who actually signed my name on the slip! Then they say they will send me another order and it took 2 hours to get my order after that i was so upset my grandkids were hungry and they had to wait for a long time which was very aggravating cause it was already paid for now i feel like as a customer my money isn't important! So now i won"t be spending anymore with your company.

Disappointed!!! I guess the official Rule at papa johns is if they mess up a order they will replace the unsatisfactory items..BUT ONLY ONCE.If it happens again in the following weeks or month they say (we see hear in our system you already got you a free pizza this month sorry) and I should not have to defend myself on the phone when the manager that said he would take care of me and he said he would note in the system the items that would be replaced cause of a similiar error happening twice in one month which happens when we order from your establishment as often as we do..also the person on the phone seemed very unhappy to a point I felt uncomfortable like I was bugging them at a busy time. Maybe it was because it was a large order that was messed up and the manager didn't wanna report the error fearing repercussions either way long story short prob'ly won't be eating as frequently as we used to at the papa johns Redondo beach CA store on artesia..I guess its good to mix it up every now and then..time to give dominoes and pizza hut another try.

We have been regular customers for several years now. Ordered a pizza tonight. One hour later we discovered the driver could not find us. Called the manager, he offered absolutely NOTHING WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. You lost a good customer today. Salem Va 24153. I plan to share with all my friends! No discount nothing!

a manager from papa jonh is bullying and harazing my daughter at work and that is wrong there was no need for him to tell my daughter who was waiting for a ride to leave or was going to have her arreste this need to be fix i dont need my daughter to be stress and bully at work

Ive been a customer for many years and I'm usually and generally satisfied with your product and the Cedar City store has very good customer service. I was very excited about trying your new loaded with ingredients and cheese delicious looking pan pizza so I did that on Friday and was totally disappointed with the result. What a letdown. I can tell you that the only thing loaded was the very deceptive TV ad. Loaded with BS. Very disappointed!!😢😢

I called for a pizza at 7pm. After waiting 1 hour I called to see how much longer. He stated that the driver came and left because a dog was outside and the store gave him the wrong cell number so he left. I asked if he could make me another one and add a Pepsi. After waiting another hour my husband called back to see how much longer. The person who answered the phone called for the female manager. She started yelling," I called the drive and he won't answer the phone what do you want me to do. She was very rude and disrespectful as a leader. Finally at almost 9:15pm he arrives but forgot the Pepsi. He volunteered to go back and get it. When he came back I still tipped him but when I went to open the sofa it was the wrong one. It was A Dr. Pepper, something we do not drink. This was the pizza order from hell. The one on Redan/ South Hairston in Stone Mountain Georgia. That store needs to be careful because directly across the street is Pizza Hut and a Little Caesar. I do not like those but for the people who do not mind. Thank you.

I am making a complaint about a pappa John's store in Goshen Ohio. They are rude, when I called to see if any special they acted like I was asking for the moon. They didn't tell me about the 50% off if the Bengals win, I called another store in Milford Ohio, they were very helpful told me about the discount. I am on a fixed income and my grandson likes your pizza, but I can get pizza that I like for less. This is a great for grandsons. But when I was told $13.95 for a large cheese that is crazy.

II want to share a bad experience at your store at Carl T Jones Dr,Huntsville,Al 35802. Today at 7:30 pm when I called the manager to express my dissatifacton with my order. The manager was rude and besides hanging up on me told me to go do whatever I need to with absolutely no concern.
This response from a franchise that advertises customer satisfaction is not at all living up to it.
