The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been in the hotel/restaurant business for over 20 years and have never experienced this type of poor management & staff. The ordering process, customer service, management and staff was below par. Demera was unpleasant and unprofessional. She has no business working with or in a public situation. I have the entire phone call recorded for proof of her manners and actions. Robert the manager on duty did not take control of the situation. Either she would not put him on the phone or he is just as much to blame. This would have been a first time experience and it will be the last. As you probably know, word of mouth can break a business and we are several people who will share our horrible experience. I will continue to call until I get an actual human on the phone and not the run around. Potbelly's gets a F- for customer service & overall experience. Shame on you for having these type of people work at your establishment!

First off I was very disappointed when I walked into this resturaunt to get turned away. The sign outside clearly states the hours for closing and the person in front of me was getting served. To my understanding if I'm in the building 15mins before closing I should be served. This is very irritating to me that I was turned away. I have never been to a place where I get turned down but I guess there's a first time for everything. I usually don't get frustrated about things but I had better expectations for this place.

I was out taking care of businesses all I thought if was potbelly. I'm at Walmart so I went on So. Holland &83 I order a sky tky n tomatoes soup no ckn today. I got the food n sand n the soup it was warm ..I was ready to eat I took the soup back n said who serves lukewarm soup.the cashier said that's how it's is.I said no its not, I eat from potbelly all the time. I Often get it deliver to my job downtown chi. The manager said it's not ready of the dtove, then I would say why serve it. To me this takes a step ft own from the potbelly in Hyde pk, on the so side. I have to say something I may not come back her ever, each time I been at this location something is not right. Now they don't have any cranberries, nor any vigarette for the salad ready.today I had enough.I try to support the community still we need to do better right. N the meat portion on the tky wasn't right compared to the other locations

it is the worst company I have ever work for it makes no sense that an employee annual raised is based on the stores turnover rate if you paid people more than $8.10 then you wouldn't have a high turnover on top of everything else the food is nasty

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE at my local potbelly sandwich shop. When I asked the cashier to make a milkshake (before I even ordered my sandwich!) she visibly rolled her eyes at me. Then when I went to take it, she told me "don't drop it 'cuz I'm damn sure not making another one" Who the hell says that?!?! very upset
