I returned a movie and now you guys are charging me for it every single day this is ridiculous Better Business Bureau said there's a problem with your machines that aren't scanning the movies that are in there I do not have this movie someone needs to get back to me this is wrong and it's fraud
Customer Service perfect. I have a suggestion if you can transfer this to the correct dept.
Online you have "Genre" filters, and etc how about a filter on ratings of movies and games.
IE: I had a party that we watched a couple of terrible movies...etc. It would have bee 30 minutes faster if there was a filter. We can search for 4-star movie or 2-star movies.
I think that would be awesome. What do you say?

I have a question on future prospects of Redbox, not that you haven't thought of this already. Will Redbox have an app in the near future that I can rent movies or pay a monthly fee right from my television? Movies that I can watch at home or while on vaction without having to visit a kiosk. We are actually on vacation and soon to stay at cabin that has Wi-Fi and satellite but no newly released movies or a BluRay player .
I rented 2 movies last week or more.
Checking my bank statement, not only did it show for the original day I rented, but it is now showing a 31.00+ charge..
I teturned both of those dvds on second day..Why in the hell are you charging me for 2 returns..
Contact me soon as yoy have been put on notice of ur error..
If I do nor gear from you by middle if next week, you will hear from my ATTORNEY, plus I will take it to Social network and alert people of ur tactics..
I am a senior citizen and enjoyed getting my movies cheap..

I adore redbox. Very easy to use. Compliment you on your selection. We would like to see one come to the town of Windsor. SC. We are 14 miles from Aiken SC redbox and 9 miles from Williston SC. Sure would be nice for lots of locals who live in area. We have a Dollar General. Thanks
I have been unable to rent a disc from your kiosks, because your boxes will not accept my chip credit card. I've called your overseas no/poor service reps about the problems. I doubt that they know what a redbox kiosk is much less solve the problem. Here are their solutions: try another kiosk or the kiosks in Albuquerque NM are being fixed so that they will accept chip credit cards, but they can't tell me which ones have been fixed. Overseas customer no service are worthless. Rexbox will soon be history if it can't solve its customer's problems. I'll just rent form netflix.
Several times lately Redbox has taken money off of my credit card but yet I have not rented movies in months now. So why is it they still keep taking money.
In my opinion the company is just money hungry an will do anything they want once they have your card number. Very disappointed.
I rented a movie Friday night, went to watch it Saturday, it was defective, called and reported it, said they would send to my email a complimentary id to get a free movie, never received anything and it is now Sunday night. The movie was Deep Water Horizon, rented at Giant Eagle, Washington, Pa. at 6pm
