The app is the biggest peice of trash I have ever used. Some picture with no description and no idea what comes with the burger. If you don't know exactly then you get some dry junk and it your fault because that what you ordered even though we screwed you with the app. I will not eat at another sonic until there is a car hop that come to my window takes the order and goes to prepare my food

This is my third time leaving a positive comment card for Emily at the Highway 6 location. She is extremely personable, friendly and excellent customer service. There are numerous locations closer to me but I drive to Higheay 6 to get my request for Route 44 Lemon Berry Slush with extra strawberries. She did not make mine today and I did NOT make it bit I bought them anyway. I have sent in comments in the past because a general manager called me. Emily needs to teach your personnel how to make them so they are the same at every location. I'll still come her to get mine! They starting charging for extra strawberries today and I need not have extra strawberries. I don't mind paying extra but when you charge me I should've receive them. Please this comment with Emily because I appreciate her service in getting me what I order.

At some of your drive inn's a customer can purchase a bag of y'all's ice but not at all of them. Why? Can you tell me if there is any plans to offer this option at your location in Amelia, Ohio soon?
Also, a peach slush is not an option on the app. Any information you can provide would be helpful.

Sonic in Miami Gardens did not have nothing no cake batter milkshake no whip cream no straws and the employees are really rude

There are employees touching doors other people and food without ever changing gloves! That defeats the entire purpose of protective equipment!

I am at the Tacoma location. I ordered fries with my meal and since there were tater tots and I asked for fries at the window someone inside started screaming and swearing at the person who messed up. My plan was to eat the burger in the parking lot and get on the highway with my fries. The burger had cheese and mayo which I am allergic too and asked not to have . I took the burger back and they didn't return my fries. I am just giving up.

Got a chicken sandwich at the sonic on pinhook in broussard the chicken was hard n
It was fried in old grease. I threw it away n called the manager to complain they asked me if I wanted to go back n get a fresh sandwich I said no thank you I threw it away n would not eat there again. To me thst is no excuse to have bad chicken

Our Sonic has always been slow. So I thought by downloading the Sonic app it would speed up the process. WRONG! I ordered today and was told my order would be ready at 12:02. I'm still sitting in the stall and it's 12:15! Won't be returning, sadly!

Awful customer service! After getting a cheesecake shake poured all over me by Diana. My daughter then found a hair in her drink. I called to let them know and was told by manager Rose that there wasn't a hair in her drink????? Then employees were yelling profanities in the background about the situation because Rose had me on speaker phone for whatever reason??

We have been to the Sonic at 28 W 141st Street in Glenpool OK and every time we are disappointed. This time we waited in line for 20 minutes and our order was wrong when we got up to the window. We only ordered two mozzarella sticks and drinks. I normally don't do this but I feel you would like to know. This is the last time we will ever go here which is sad because it is so close to our home. Our check number is 205 for $18.32. I hope something can be done for other customers

This is in regards to sonic located in Zachary LA. I got to the stall at 10:20 PM, pushed the button and waited past 10:30 PM. I did not get any answer, so I moved to another stall, pushed the button and only to find put that they say they close at 10:30PM on a Saturday night (7/06/19). Why make me wait till they close to tell me that they are closed?? This is chicken sh*t if you as me!!! Lazy as*!

Sonic, North Pleasantburg, Greenville, SC is not serving ice cream.
States the shake machine doesn't work, then later stated this site manager ran out of ice cream.
That's why we come to Sonic most evenings in the summer.

I went to the sonic at 6767 w Port Arthur road in Port Arthur Texas. First I had to drive around the drive thru twice to get waited on. Then I ordered 3 blast and they had no candy mixed in them. Just some pieces on top. I even asked the carhop because it didn't look like they did and she said yes of course. I am livid about the service u get there. The last time we went all of our hamburgers were cold. I will not b going back

The Service at theSonic at sycamoreview and summer Ave. In Memphis, needs immedient attention. The food we ordered was told and stale. We ask for replacement and we're laughed at.your employee are rude. And uneducated on using the mic.

The sonin located at 1924 N. Main Street St. Martinville Lousiana 70582 had a worker with her pants sagging so low we could see the cheeks of her rear end. Disgusting for a place serving food to the public. The fries were old and stale. You just lost a customer! I feel sick at the thought of ever eati g here.

this is worst experience I have ever had with any hamburger joint in my whole life. My wife got two burgers and the meat would not be good jerky let alone be classified a burger. I spent 13 dollars and got nothing for it except the trash and what ever eats the trash. I will never spend another dime in one of their place of business again. If I knew the main office I would send them this review also. discussing burgers and a disgrace to offer them to the public. No to me again.

We went to Perryville at 72126 sonic stall I wanted the Sunday special a chicken dinner they said it was no longer on special then she lied to and said she didn't say that so I ordered something I really didn't want. The workers need to know their job better and not lie to customers

Second time to not be acknowledged at this Sonic, 3555 Forest Lane, Dallas.
First time, I was told it would be 30-40 mins to get my food, I left. I left again today because of no one answering the red button.

Tried to contact Sonic, it is not on their website, I am avoiding Sonic from now on.
