I sent a restaurant complaint into subway restaurants customer complaint, experience at my local subway restaurant. I was told someone would get back to me after taking approx. 45 min to an hour to fully fill out the complaint/ experience form. There should be a copy of my form within the department that handles this form. I have not heard a word from subway since I filed the experience. Is this the appropriate way in which to handle an already bad experience through a subway restaurant? I am looking to hear back on the experience I'd shared and I do not plan on continuing to fill out same form again.

I placed an online delivery order directly through the Subway app, not door dash or uber eats, none of that, directly through the Subway app. I waited for my order that never came but, said in the tracker that it was delivered. My order was $23.10 and, I want a full refund. My card was charged and, i never received any food. I called the location (Veterans Memorial, Mabelton GA store 2331) and the guy who answered the phone told me, "We dont have any control over delivery, and we are really busy right now, there's nothing I can do". I am furious at the lack of customer service and care coming out of that location. For $23.10 I believe a response better than that, should be in order. I want my money back immediately. If this is the service you get for $23.10 there NO WAY, i would order or recommend a catering order. I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW

I was served with no smile! Meaning the woman was very rude and to the point. Which I like except she did it with the attitude of "I don't want to be here" and I was not important. She insisted on talking about a lady who was just terminated, with the woman in front of me. Then she tried to strike up the same conversation with myself. I said well I'll have. Just to show her I wasn't interested in gossip. They spoke horribly of the other girl. Poor thing! It sounds like this was their plan all along!

I'm very happy that Subway has come our with Hero Bread (keto)...But why do all the subways NOT have it on their menu. If I'm seeing it in advertisements then shouldn't it be available everywhere?

I went to the subway on 555 I 30 west Broadway, garland tx 75043
all i wanted was the BMT on Italian bread. She thought IItailian bmt sub. im like no BMT on Itailian bread and i pointed to the menu. she still wouldnt believe me and started to argue. i said you dont have to be rude! so i left and she was yelling at me behind me back im never going to that subway again.

Ordered a six inch sub veggie delight and salad. Added Avocado to both the sandwich and salad and none was added. I was charged the extra money but didn't notice they forgot my items until I got him. Also I mobile ordered and had to sit for 20 min to wait around for food. How do I get a refund, or atheist my $3.50 back for the extra avocado. And discount on the cold draypotle sandwich?
This is the third time I've gone to subway in the last month and been very disappointed.

Hi I was at a Subway located at 75 Main Street Queensbury New York 12804 store number 11633-0. I was there to get dinner approximately 4:50 p.m. walking in I believe it's busy because there is a lot of cars outside although they're having construction so the cars mostly for the ginastera I said Oh I thought you guys are busy when the guy said if we want to keep it that way because we don't want to deal with customers today. We have one job in the back so I can turkey and rather jump in the front who is doing an online order making two subs complaining about the fact that he is still online order and how it is an inconvenience to his day and he hates it. I'm offended route that because I have done on my orders so now I realize every time I place an order he is not liking the fact that he has to make the food which makes me think the quality of the food is not going to be great. It gets better the guy in the back had to complain about the fact that she may have to come to the front of the store start prepping a turkey and make my Subs he asked me if I was sure I really want at Subway today cuz he didn't feel like making them is associate pajamas with making the online order told him that he had to make the sub because he was already making stuff for online order. Giving me attitude they start throwing condiments like tomatoes and other assorted veggies at each other, Chase each other around and ran in the back of the store spraying each other with the hose. Acting like a bunch of kids I'm staying at all understanding that this a customer base job and they're not very good at it. That's not been the worst part the gentleman blonde hair shoulder length the one who was prepping turkey ask me how would you like to go on the back here put on a costume get a gun and shoot up the store so he will no longer have to do with customers at all because they don't want to deal with it. I'm extremely offended that this even took place. I was picking up a footlong sub for myself my wife a 6in and a Happy Meal from us four year old and they made it seem like an excruciating task. Didn't understand what I was trying to order kept asked me to repeat if I ask for something they said we were out while I was on the phone with my wife he said keep know where all this so keep that in mind when you're talking to your wife. Very rude. Hard to have an employee of Subway to tell me it would be better off for me to get a costume on from the back of the store which I understand what that is and to shoot up a place so no longer they would have any customers walk through the doors is Indescribable from a customer standpoint. Aser finishing up with my Subs a couple came in right behind me and they're off to my right waiting to order and Uncle turkey proper fed whose orders this the gentleman from the beginning who had the two on my orders said that's it on my order he said who is Tyler T because I hate them, due to the fact they had to make another online order and it was just one sub my reply is doesn't pay your wages I would be excited for the fact that we're getting online order special during a pandemic and there's not lot of people out and about. I was very offended that they thought it would be a good idea to tell me shoe up to store to tell me they don't like customers, they are too busy to deal with the fact that I want to order dinner and want me to go somewhere else. I want a response to this is unacceptable from a consumer, customer, citizen, father unacceptable I hope there is surveillance happening in this in the store and I hope there's audio to prove everything about I said. The gentleman who was taking the online orders when I first walk to the store his employee number is 586, he did make the initial remarks about not liking customer online orders not liking customers coming in when they're trying to catch up. I didn't get their names I wish I did I was so more at all the fact that and it is Nero even happen I came home to my wife and my wife said she didn't want to eat the food I got from there because she said she don't know if it is contaminated at the fact they were throwing food in the store, how clean could it possibly be and no she did not eat her dinner so I did waste what I bought

I'm a regular customer at Camilla subway the place is very clean but the manager needs the boot she's rude to some customers plus the staff who's not her friends/family member which at one time was her only workers n the place I've never claimed she has no manager skills

Hi There i have complaint regary subway located at Mcknight village shopping centre. The lady didnt make the sub as per my requirements i told her 2 - 3 times. The sub was for my son. He didn't eat and i had to throw it away.

Your two afternoon employees at your old Milton lication in alpharetta ga one said her name was Lacretta but who know if that's true. First they tried to make sandwich with burned bread and argued it's all the same. Second the remaining bread wasn't prepared properly and didn't rise correctly so when cut, the bottom was so thin it was unacceptable but they blamed us! Told them their attitudes were awful which they were and customer service deplorable. The one who said if we want to file complaint, go ahead and she tells out "My name is Lucretta, so just tell them that" then she said get the "f" and she used entire word out of her store and she said "get your white a.. out my store" I felt threatened as she raised her body and arm thrashing around. This is deplorable.

Good grief! Returned to subway today. Hoping to sit and enjoy something from the menu and do a little work on my internet. Again..i had an employee pointing a finger at me speaking abruptly and i was simply trying to initiate a pleasant conversation and redeem a promo code for a free cookie. As yesterday i had returned and purchased 2 cookies after still not being allowed to use my sandwich promo coupon. Good grief. Guess myself and this subway location will not be an enjoyable one i regret this however as i love the subway food. Darn it.

I came into this subway for the very first time ever with my first time ever app of subway being put and used on my own telephone. I advised employees here that i wanted to use a coupon / code for my first order here. Well i didnt get to. An employee even came over to my telephone and wanted to see and push buttons to offer help? Well.as many customers came in and went i finally ended up ordering off menu and not being allowed the promo code or coupon as i was told by employee at my phone that she could not honor a specific web related coupon. But the one i had was from a subway site/app for first time download use. I am irritated. I previously submitted a copy of my ticket number where i paid for sandwich at regular purchase price no discount/promo/coupon allowed. Well.i left went next door to insurance office.came directly back where upon i entered and asked outloud if i could sit and attempt some work here as i had tried to do previously with my meal.no response given by employee who would look downward and make comments regarding me sitting here. I also enquired the first time regarding employment with subway here where i was told directly that there are no openings at this location to seek out other places. I didnt even get the opportunity to advise that i was a manager at a local sandwich place of which i experienced considerable respect and dignity with the work i did and learned of within the food/sandwich/restaurant environment and facilities. I have letters of high recommendations from proprietary owners stating such.im sorry i was discounted so quickly here. So.in reference to my visit here today.i guess i could say i was a bit disappointed and yet i agree that this food is good overall. Thank you for your time. As for the general shrug off i received i am very disappointed due to the subway card given to me to use came from a church lady trying to help me. My privacy doesnt exist here in subway today. Certain employee to blame. And yes i was interested in employment with subway which by the way was denied me by a location on w central wichita ks the entire time prior to during and after my one year 40 plus hourly work week at the wow cheesesteak employer. Of which i was a key holder to facility.money manager.safe responsibilties.deposits.etc.as well as licensed food handler through city of wichita for this purpose. Did all duties. Open /close establishment cleaning.anything and all things of business including food prep and serve to outside perimeter salesxand promotions.much customer contact. I loved my job with wow cheesesteak and tyler sanders. Hopefully a few others can open thier eyes to a few of us there who went out of our way to help an honest man who wanted to make people happy with food!! That made me happy. Hello my name is Charles M Core-Archie and I am here to report illegal hiring as well Wrongful Termination. In July 2017 i was hired by Vishal Amin at Subway store # 49528 address 904 Huntington Ave Boston. When I applied for the store my application did not go through the system. Iââ?¬â?¢ve later on contacted Vishal and told him my issue. He simply set up an interview and hired me on spot .I informed him that I was already aware of Subway and its standards being that I was a supervisor at Subway at 700 Albany St. He hired me right on spot. I was already working for the Chipotle in Newton at this time in the mornings. He ââ?¬Å?scheduledââ?¬Â? me to have evening shifts from Ã?¾-10 on weekdays, 3-9 on weekends. At ââ?¬Å?$11/hr payââ?¬Â¦.in cash. ââ?¬Å?. When I started I was staffed with 2 Asian people as well as a young Caucasian female. I was the only black worker. My boss explained the ââ?¬Å?other black peopleââ?¬Â? who used to work before werenââ?¬â?¢t veryââ?¬Â? usefulââ?¬Â? when it came to customer service. After leaving Chipotle I made this location my ââ?¬Å?Full-Timeââ?¬Â? Job .Iââ?¬â?¢ve asked him plenty of times about my application and why I am not on ââ?¬Å?the booksââ?¬Â? and he statesââ?¬Â? heââ?¬â?¢s doing me a favor by not putting me on so I donââ?¬â?¢t have taxes taken away and I can find a new job in mornings and can work both.ââ?¬Â? After weeks of informing Iââ?¬â?¢ve given up because he is the boss and I shouldnââ?¬â?¢t have to keep reminding him that I want to be legally paid. The next month he hires Jeremiah Brown (who is also my partner) after leaving Chipotle . He was fully aware that we were a gay couple and living together. He hired the both of us to work evening shifts again 3-10 weekdays 3-9 on weekends $11/hr payââ?¬Â?.Ive had duties from counting breads to Closing POS systems everynight for the past six months or so. We both were titled the key holders: because weââ?¬Â? were trustedââ?¬Â? by him and his wife Alicia Amin. Soon after hiring Jeremiah Vishal hired a young Lady named Rachel on the books. For awhile things have gone fine , The owners even got offered a new store on centre street in JP DUE TO RATES IMPROVING. But Vishal Got his first complaint in January 2018. Jeremiah and I accidentally charged a customer wrong. The customer made a complaint right away and Vishal had a talk with Jeremiah and I. Basically he stated his license could be in danger because we are ââ?¬Å?illegal workersââ?¬Â? and if Subway asked for video proof he cannot explain why we are working at ââ?¬Å?his storeââ?¬Â? .He lied to Subway and told them it was him and his wife that were present and not us to save the store. Shortly I asked him what will it take for me to be supervisor especially that he has a new store coming and a pregnant wife and he stated between Rachel and I he would have to pick her because she is more ââ?¬Å?consistantââ?¬Â? .That hurt me but I swallowed my pride. He still had us working but he started showing signs of him wanting to terminate us. On Tuesday January 30th,2018 things changed. Jeremiah brought his dog to the back of the store and later on that night Vishal came in the store and sent us BOTH home. I have no idea why I was sent home being that it was not my dog and I had no authority over jeremiah ââ?¬Â¦ he didnââ?¬â?¢t care that I had to pay rent and had other bills to pay. When he sent me home he statedââ?¬Â? This is the end of your shift, take the dog with you and I will contact you tomorrow about your shift. Tomorrow came and no call. Ive contacted him later on asking if we were still employed and terminated us via text. He says we did a no call no show which was not true. He didnââ?¬â?¢t call us to inform our status in the job. The next day we tried to return the key and uniforms and he pulled us to the corner stating he knows we donââ?¬â?¢t have aââ?¬Â? source of incomeââ?¬Â? and have billsââ?¬Â¦he asked us to come in Saturday. Jeremiah has had major medical problems that both owners know about and we even wanted to bring doctors notes but they were not accepted. On Febuary 4th Super Bowl Day we entered the store at 3:40 expecting to work and the store was posted to shut down at 4. We were told today Febuary 5th,2018 a week after being sent home that we were no longer working there via phoneââ?¬Â¦.because he ââ?¬Å?hiredââ?¬Â? three other people because his wife is no longer working there (which was not discussed). I have so much more to say this is only a portion of what is REALLY the issue with this location. But if this is not rectified I will report subway to the ACLU, NAACP, GAY AND LESBIAN AIDE AND FOX NEWS. This is a very serious matter of two gay black workers who are Massachusetts citizens working and terminated illegally by two foreign owners in a fast food customer service business. There is no reason why I shouldââ?¬â?¢ve been out of a job for weeks, and donââ?¬â?¢t have one currently. I am at risk of being homeless AGAIN AFTER BEING STABLE NOW FOR TWO YEARS. I cannot speak for Jeremiah but I have been used and I need justice served. He does not deserve his license or to own a new store if he mistreats his workers. I walked into Bonduel subway 1/16/18 the opener there was very rude, she was cussing, swearing, you name it. The food was horrible. Tasted expired i took one bite and threw it away. Thr customer service amd food quality there i will never go back to that subway. I even asked herto wash her hands and she got upset rolling her eyes. This is horrible

I just went in to the subway inside the truck stop on Kentucky route 80 in somerset Kentucky. I wanted a sausage egg and cheese and was told they didn't carry sausage. I left without anything. This is getting to be the norm in all your stores. As a truck driver we are given very few options to eat anymore as the truck stops are putting in only fast food restaurants. Every time I enter a subway I'm hearing oh we don't carry that. If I am given a choice of subway or a different fast food establishment because I hear that so often I always choose the other fast food restaurant even if it's one I don't like.

Just wanted to thank The Subway Corporation for bringing back the Corned Beef Reuben( even if it�s only for a limited time) to it�s menu!! This is my favorite sandwich of all times on your menu!!! When you first had it on your menu this year, I tried it, loved it, and was buying it almost everyday, until you took it off your menu!! Please think about leaving it on permanently!!!

VERY VERY VERY MAD going to get are foot long walk into the store and no one was there could have walk out with all the money and food no one would have any idea but the camera.

From the employee siting out in the back of the store he came back in try to order but they did not have the chicken defrosted to make are sandwich. So I guess sitting out side is more important than the people he is going to serve.So we got into are car and drove 10 more minutes to the other subway in are region, when in to the store they had 3 people there but from out the bread was mot raise so we could not get are dinner there. Me and my wife got into a big fight about this so are weekend it is gone THANKS SUBWAY GET A STORE THAT WILL PEOPLE TO SERVE YOU. Patrick Lenihan

I visit location at 518 wilmington pike dayton, ohio location on a regular basis, I arrive at approx 7:45 because I have to be at work at 8:00 and this is the only location in route that opens at 730. There is a guy that is never opened on time, today was the 3rd time I have gone and they werent open, I came back 2 min later and store was now open, it's always the same guy that opens late, he is very rude, argumentative and doesnt appear to be up to par on personal hygiene, last time he refused to serve me, the door was open but he said they were closed, I asked his name and he would not give it too me, I said I will just take your pic, he ran in the back and didnt come out til he thought I was gone, I then took his picture, he even looks unsanitary, I will never buy from that location again when I see him. I have been a customer service manager and he is the perfect example of a person that should never be in the service industry. He was the only one working this morning at 8:00 so it shouldnt be very difficult for Subway corp. to identify this person, I work for a very large corporation and we cater from subway often, I will do everything in my power to prevent that from ever happening again as long as he is employed at this location.

My husband and I visited the Subway at 1845 n Superior Ave. Tomah, WI 54660. As my husband reached the window a worker came to the window, with no name tag, and called my husband sweetheart! I found this very unprofessional, and disrespectful, especially with his wife sitting next to him. I waited to get home to call the Subway Store, the number on the receipt was 608-374-2300. I asked to speak to the Manager on duty. The worker that answered the phone, stated " she needs a manger...geez." When the Manager got on the phone she stated her name was Jodi, and that was the name on my receipt. The receipt shows Served by : Jodi I told her I found her customer service skills very unprofessional, and I did not appreciate her calling my husband sweetheart!! Jodi stated " well I am from the South and that is what we do!" I advised her then I was from North Carolina, and in a work environment some thing you just do not do. I asked Jodi for the Corporate phone number, and she stated I had to go to the web site on my receipt! As I advised her I would be calling she stated to me, " o.k. "darlin" that would be fine, I about went into the phone!!! I was VERY taken by her behavior, and flippant with the whole situation. This Store is in a military town, and many soldiers are in this store. My husband is retired military of 25 years, and through all of our travels, I have "never" witnessed a Subway Store with such unprofessional employees. this whole situation was uncalled for, and Jodi could have handled this far better! I do not appreciate her calling me "honey!!" Again, I am from the south and some things you just do not do. I will contact my Attorney and pursue a Sexual Harassment violation, or Subway Corporate can handle this with me. The choice is yours. This employee/Manager does not represent Subway in good standards. my name is Patricia Werstein. Thank you in advance for taking care of this Sexual Harassment violation.

I have done some research and it appears that your company is a sponsor for the Jimmy Kimmel Show. I have caught glimpses of his show and the times I have, it has not been funny or entertaining. His constant berating people on his show, In my opinion, shows that he is a VERBALLY ABUSIVE BULLY, and promotes HATRED and promotes dividing people rather trying to bring them together.



For the above reason I am no longer going to buy, use your services or watch your network until I know that that you no longer sponsors Jimmy Kimmel and suggest to my friends to do the same.

She was new because i never seen her before. Or did recognize her it had nothing to do with being stupid. For
HER to lie and say something that was never my words. To me is also unacceptable. I just don't understand why person can take responabile for there actions and say I'm sorry I was having a bad day and I losted it. But to justfiy her action with untruth statement is just bad as her action . For you and the store mangager to apologize to me is wrong also you never did a thing to me she missed treated me where it got all out of control . Once again this might be you policy to apologist for her.
But I was taught that honest is the best policy.
And admitted when your wrong not to lie
To justify your action. I had no reason
To call her stupid . I have know right to judge anyone. She the one should apologist to you admitted to you that I never said that she was stupid. I should told you when you told me what
