I have a booking for my wife and myself also our daughter,son in law and granddaughters. We are doing a special trip and would like to have seat numbers so we are together. We have our seats for return flight which is Delta from London to Detroit. I am a delta silver elite frequent flyer and would like to be able to talk to a customer representative. I can not get a live person. Please help

I am having a terrible experience w Virgin Atlantic. I booked a flight, then endeavored to change it AND upgrade it. I was told that AMEx declined to "pay for" the upgrade expense. Icalled AmEx since I have never had a charge declined. They said thought the upgrade charge from Virgin was fake. Straigtened that out so they have approved it. Have tried to clarify w Virgin but have been on hold for hours, Unbelievable!

This airline sucks a party of 35 persons was suppose to travel from Barbados to London on the 2nd September ,2012. the flight was cancelled to the next day. we had hotel reservation made from the 3rd to the 4th September lost i day. The staff and supervisor at the airport was very rude. we have all lost our money for the one day. Received a letter from customer service Emma Thomas who also is rude. There is noting that she can do for us. We will now use BA. The service on Virgin has gone down

This is a very very good customer service company when things go wrong at T3 london. Everybody could not have been more helpful. Well done....... eileen kelly I would love somebody from virgin to call me

CALL the Japan customer service number via Skype!! They pick up on the bat, waited less than a minute, super friendly and polite, and am certain most of them speak English as well.
I tried calling the US number, called numerous times at different hours, kept on hold for over 10 minutes each time, NO ONE PICKS UP. So i gave up. Called UK number via Skype, also held over 15 minutes, no one picks up. Called Japan number, I'm from Japan so I gave it my last chance, and voila, my problem solved in under a minute, call ringing time included.

Me and my husband are going to England. My husband is tall so he bought the seats with extra leg room but when we got to the airport they said that the seats are extra knee length but not leg room.
My husband showed them the receipt that showed the payment . They said we made a mistake but can't honor to give you extra leg room. That was very disappointing and the ground staff ass unfriendly and rude.

it seems to me that everyone is complaining about the friendly customer service, i am one of them, i have been trying for months to claim my velocity points but absolutely no-one wants to help you, all you get is we will put through to someone else, then after waiting for someone to pick up the phone you just hang up.(its not cheap on a mobile phone) plus i was told at adel airport to pick my luggage up in glagow, got to glasgow my luggade was in london, so my first day in glasgow i could not go out as i was still in my travelling close, spent my first night in hotel room, my luggage came late that night and not even an apology, stuff thjs airline, I TOO WILL NOT FLY THIS AIRLINE AGAIN, SHAME ON YOU BRANSTON, do you actually read what people write about your friendly customer service,(IT SAIS BELOW WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO COMMUNICATE WITH YOU) A LOAD OF RUBBISH

its true. worst costomer service ever cheap flights tho but absolutly noone there to asnwer the phone. if u want to fly virgin, make sure u have no questions or reason to contact them

I have tried to contact Virgin America and no luck. It circle jerks you through the menu and then when you think you are going to get an agent, it hangs up on you. I tried many ways to get a human, but no luck, no return call or return email. The website for adding your flight for elevate points is useless. You put in the correct informatiuon and you get back an error. I will shop other airlines for a flight when I need it. This is the worst customer NO service I have ever encountered!

Have been trying to reroute or reconfirm alternative flights from Mumbai to Los Angeles and have tried a dorzen time and once connected was put on hold for 2:00 Hrs with no contact. Yes, the worst Airline Customer/Reservation Service I have ever dealt with

Booked on VS020 to LHR from SFO. Printed boarding passes then checked site to find flight cancelled. Impossible to raise them on the phone - constantly busy. First time to fly with VS - never...never..again! Branson should be ashamed of himself!

worst customer service and the 800 # has been busy all day.My daughter returning from Edinburgh study abroad made reservations through Virgin from Edinburgh to London on BMI and then connecting to LAX at HEathrow.BMI dropped them off at Stanstead(?)no one was available to help her at Virgin or BMI and luggage did not show up until 3 hours later.They were completely stranded with no way of getting back to Heathrow.All cabs stopped commuting due to snowfall and they missed flight to LAX.No one at Virgin even helped or picked up phone to answer any concerns.Finally made a reservation in London from US for her for the night. Had to make a reservation from US for $2800 to return to LAX and spent extra on trains and cabs and hotel which we are not even sure we will get reimbursed for because no one even picks up the phone to answer any questions or make any alternative arrangements!!!Will never fly Virgin....

This is the WORST AIRLINE IN THE WORLD to deal with- they are NOT customer friendly at all- Don't anybody fly with them they are a crap inferior airline.

This goes to a 3rd Rate call centre. The arsehole CEO is Steve Ridgway (need to work out how you contact him as the Customer services is useless). This airline is disgusting, on the surface all shiny and "we are different...". In reality a bunch of thieving liars.

I called on Sunday evening 3 times over a period of 45 mins wanting to speak to an advisor but without any success.
Have now given up !!!!
