Tried reaching customer service to exchange my tv. All I get is someone taking my name and number and telling me someone will call me back in 24hrs, which never happens. Been calling daily for 2 1/2 weeks with same results. Don't buy Westinghouse products.

I purchase a 40" LCD Westinghouse TV on 11/1/12 it keeps turning it self off I contacted the Cable company thinking it was something on there end it wasnt so I started trying to get someone from Customer Service after 4 e-mails and one phone call I still have not heard from anyone I will never purchase anything Westinghouse again and advise anyone I know to do the same I guess this is a case of Buyer Beware!!

I returned a TV in August that only worked 8 months. Bought the replacement plan when I purchased it. The TV is unrepairable. Westinghouse said they would replace it. Going on 5 months and no TV and no Customer Service............. Ugg... NEVER, Ever, Buy their products!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pathetic service. No one calls back or returns emails and the customer support representative knows absolutely nothing, other than to ask you for your name each time you call. Pathetic.

Absoloutely disgusting service here. My seven month old fridge stopped working completely. They'll send a technition in six days time. That will be seven days without refrigeration and living out of eskies - especially at xmas. They better fix it straight away or at least give a replacement now that it can not be trusted. Never again. The woman was so rude too.

I am disgusted with the lack of customer service being provided! I sent back a TV that simply stopped working after SEVEN months. Westinghouse has had it for TWO weeks now and after SEVERAL messages and emails, NO ONE has yet to return my calls as to the status! NEVER purchase WESTINGHOUSE products!

I am soooo disgusted. I purchased a SK-32H540S 32inch tv from Sams Club November 2009. I also purchased aa extended warranty for a year. The tv screen went black 2 months after the extended warranty. It was my first flat screen and I thought that Wentinghouse was a reputable company. That may be for irons, etc. but not for televisions. I have had it repaired once and today the cable man said that the tuner has gone bad. The video plays for 5 seconds then I have only audio. I refuse to pay any more money on this tv and I recommend to everyone that Westinghouse is not a good choice.
