I contacted reliant yesterday on 6 times on each occasions no one seemed to know absolutely nothing about their job nor customer service, just needed to get an extension, one fool tried to sell me surge protection, another was clueless and to top it off, the supervisor (Romand) said he was more than capable of handling my problem...After listening to the call, said he still couldn't extend my bill pass 9/5/13, never told me to pay the 25.36 difference between what sheltering arms pledged...this may not be a big deal to you but, I've been a customer for over 35 years, with a great payment history, after my contract ends I will end my relationship with Reliant. Mr.Romand really should be re-educated, and suspend his rudeness has caused you to lose a very valuable customer, when my mother's contract ends I end her relationship with Reliant also...she's been a valuable customer 50 years.
