I was a member at your planet fitness in Valdosta Ga. Last year in October, the club had hired a new head manager. Unknowingly, I was talking to the new manager and I asked her who was the new manager. She told me that it was a new employee. I was told this same lie by Matt, one of your Trainers. I had a feeling this week (February, 2018) that I had been giving the wrong information. I asked Amber and she told
Me the truth. When I confronted the head manager with the truth, she admitted the truth. She could not give me a reason why she lied. I felt sad. The manager did not apologize. My family and I enjoyed using your club. We cancelled our memberships. We feel that you always emphasize that you give respect to your members but we were not shown that. The only person that showed any regret was Amber. Amber is the best employee there and works very hard. I will miss Planet Fitness. Amber and my family will also. However, we cannot use a center who does not care enough about their clients to answer a basic question. Thanks for your concern.
