Hello. Id like to file a complaint for Jack in the box on dover crossing in clarksville TN.

We took our family to grab dinner at about 730pm.
When we pulled up we noticed all the outside lights were out but there were people dinning in . When we got to the drive through a lady announced for us to, "hold on shes short staffed". My fiance told her its okay. We waited. 2 minutes later she took our order. Thats fine. We needed to use my phone flashlight to see the drive through menu. When we got to the window she was very antsy. She gave us 2 of 4 drinks we requested a drink carrier. She gave us our last 2 drinks in a 2 drink carrier then said hold on our grill is on fire. So our other 2 drinks didn't get the carrier. Moving forward, she came back and 2 other guys came and looked out the drive thru. She then kept yelling and saying, "can you just give me their food"? We finally get our food and she says, "i guess thats all your food". There was no receipt but we paid with debit so we have our online statement from 10/11/19. We only ordered 2 sourdough jack combos with med lemonade, 1 kids chicken nugget meal, and kids cheese burger meal both with lemonade.
That to me wasn't hard to pull together. We live at 347 donna drive which is 7 min away. When we arrived home our sandwiches and fries were cold. All three burger breads were soggy and loaded with ketchup and mayonnaise and runny. The whole ordeal after 12 hour shifts and no time to cook to salvage dinner left us with noodles and turkey sandwiches. Last night we called twice and there were no answers.
Today as soon as my fiance got a break he called at 12pm. He requested a manager. The woman who spoke as manager told us she couldnt help us without a receipt even after we told her that we never received one and have our online debit statement. She then stated, "so that was last night and its now 12pm".
Im not sure why thats relevant since no one answered last night when we called. Our order was $23. We love Jack in the Box but last night was just horrible. Last nights employee was not in control of her position at all.
