Hello. I received an email from Jared Garrett, Vince if the Customer Experience Leader 7-Eleven,Inc. regarding my not being to redeem "free"Â? offerings from my rewards card via my email. I have over 13,000 points and would like to use them . I did follow the directions Jared provided in his email but after waiting and checking my email for one hour I did not receive any email to reset my password.
