Im a regular customer at Jamba Juice ranging from 3 times a week to once every two weeks. I haven't been getting my Jamba Juice as much lately due to a medication that requires me to avoid Zinc, but the last two times I have been have been disappointing. It's not the service, because that's always great. It's the paper straws. They've got to go!!! I always get a large and it's too stressful to try to drink a frozen drink faster than the straw will disintegrate and waste a good portion of your drink due to straw failure. Paper is probably just as bad for you to consume as plastic, however with the plastic straw it remains a straw and you have less chance of digesting some of the particles. The straw makes the Jamba juice not the same and I will probably stop going because of the straw if you don't change it back.
