I work night shift in the Emergency Department. On 06/22/21 at 0353 AM I went to Del Taco store #0967, and my order number was 99. I was in the drive thru and was told to drive around and wait in the parking lot. The parking lot was dark and there were people loitering in the parking lot. I told the employee I didn't feel safe and preferred to wait in the drive thru. While I was waiting the employee wiped the floor with his gloved hands and then touched my food. I asked him politely if he could please change his gloves. He was apologetic. Suddenly a woman came from behind the counter and yelled at me calling me a "f@#%$g b@#$h. She told me I was messing up her drive thru times. I was so upset I told her I didn't want my food and just wanted to leave. I left without my food and did not receive a refund. The female told me she could not refund my money. I was so upset by the way she yelled at me and I felt very uncomfortable. I returned to work without being able to have anything to eat.
