I signed up for the 21 day challenge and after only three classes within a two week period, I caught the flu. I informed the person Hannah who did my paperwork that I wouldn't be finishing and that I would not continue my membership. I have not gone back to that gym since and this was back in November/December of last year. I have still been charged random amounts since and no one has returned calls and the cancellation apparently wasn't placed. I had to put in a stop order on my account for the withdrawals to stop. I have called and called. Stopped in three times and Hannah wasn't in the office. The number listed to call is the stupidest automated system that exists. You don't even get to talk to a person and you can't skip talking and just type in what you need. It's ridiculous. Although I doubt they'll refund me for the over $300 they've taken, I would appreciate it if they would stop sending me mail and stop trying to charge my account for a canceled membership.
