RE: Reference. I am most unhappy with the support or lack thereof that I received this past sunday and monday. I called and asked about downloading pictures from my computer to my i phone. Never was I told that you specialize in support of computers and laptops, not i phones. Instead Amy talked me into a $149.99 repair of my computer and switched me over to Davis who worked hard to sraighten out an outlook problem, but never did address the original request of, can I download from my computer to my i phone. He only succeded in completely mixing up and partially eliminating my camera roll. This took 31/2 hours. I can no longer pick pictures and enlarge them. His answer was," take it into an Apple store.". Why wasn't I told that originally instead of spending$149.99 needlessly. I'm very disapppointed in this Apple deceptive service experience. When it comes to saving important "texts" there has to be a way for example like saving emails. Why isn't there a easier way for saving texts???

Thank goodness for Anthony Soto and Danny Badalamenti at the Apple Store in Boca Raton, Florida. These two gentlemen were responsibel for me buying an Apple computer. They were both so very helpful ( on separate occasions ) and gave me confidence to switch from HP to Apple. As you know not all employees are as dedicated and as knowledgable as others. I felt compelled to let someone know the great experience I had at Apple because of these young men. I hope this e-mail gets to the right person since I took the time to write it. I called in and not only was I transferred to the wrong person a hundred times. When I did get to that person they asked me if I can help them. Well no duh, that's what I'm calling in for, help. This never used to happen when I called Apple. The person told me they now have to ask these questions or they will get fired. It was never like that when I called in. They told me this because the guy said he's leaving Apple and going to work for Google soon. Go back to real customer service please Apple.

I've been on the phone trying to get some help with an iTunes download for a little over 2 hours. Long wait tes and calls keep getting dropped. Overall terrible terrible terrible.

Your retail store in Lincoln Park (Chicago) had wonderful one on one creatives until the last two and half weeks. Suddenly the opportunity to get an appointment has plummeted to little to no availability. When I asked Callie, one of the store managers, she replied they needed to creatives in other parts of the store! Really? What should the customer who paid for one on one support do- wait a week or two? She suggested I used Open Training. That would not be the optimal answer but even that proved to be ridiculous. I sat at the table for one hour while the Creative helped several people set up their new computers (no time to help anyone else). He called over a manager and asked her to send a Creative to help me and others. She asked me what I needed help with and I replied Aperture. Too bad- the person who was knowledgable in that was busy and so she could only provide me with a Creative who knew NOTHING about Apperture. What a disappointment in Apple and their store managers.

Please eliminate the advertisement at the bottom of the daily usa crossword puzzle, the ad makes it doubly difficult to work the puzzle because before you can enter a letter you must clear the keypad. If you try to work the puzzle, you will see what I mean. Work the puzzle with, then without the advertisement. Just eliminate the bottom ad and the problem will be solved. THANKYOU

If you want to reach an apple retail store and not apple support directly, when the IVR asks "What can I help you with" say Manager, that will get you to a store associate and not tech support.

Updated my 2013 iphone to 8.1 today and lost all my blood glucose info that was on health app because new one does. not have itAfter long. time on phone with you was told to get Glucose Buddy and it would have it. No. I have lost a month of data I show my doctor. Help!

very unhappy with customer service--problem with computer and phone this past weekend -call toll free number--ended up trying communicate with your hired staff in India--ask for someone in USA as I could not understand anyone there--of course that didn't set well with those folks in India--bottom line it is my money --I am the customer--for these folks to tell me no way could I speak to someone in USA ticks me off big time--does apple have phone number for people like myself who does not need the aggravation from foreigners--it not my job to accept Apple cheap labor in India period--of course if this email goes to India , there goes any resolution --

When I called it took forever to get ahold of someone, when I finally did they sounded tired and overworked, then they ask me if they can ask permission to ask me questions? are you for real? wow, I called in for help what do you think? This must be new because I have called in before and they never asked such stupid questions. Apple you really have to go back to the old ways. Apple is going down hill fast.

Am a colourist and use lots of LUT tables for colour treatment for a local series.

And whats the best cards compatible with the Sonnet echo Express SE II thunderbolt 2 Expansion Chassis to achieve speed on after effects CS6..

I was recently at an Apple Store in Barcelona Spain and had a wonderful experience. A young man named Jason Allen was extremely helpful ad well as polite and very knowledgeable. He solved my problem quickly and I felt it was important to tell someone about this person.

"So back in may I got the iPhone 3 I go to use it and lock the screen and lock button was stuck down, took it back to AT&T and they let me return it for a new one. About a month later the lock button got stuck again then apple gave me another phone. Maybe a month again an the phone freezes won't turn on, off or allow me to fix through iTunes. Apple then replaced it again because they could not fix it either they ended up giving me an iPhone four here I just had to take it back two weeks ago because the lock button got stuck again I have hardly tried to use it considering it somehow gets stuck all the time and now this phone that they gave me won't allow me to talk to anyone unless I have the phone on speaker. Keep in mind my phones are in very great shape no scratches no water damage no anything and this is the fifth phone I have had and am going to have to return yet again. Apple sucks and does not take good care of their customers and I always get the worst service."

Have you tried "personal hygiene" I.E washing your hands or cleaning yourself/ not eating while using your iPhone ?

I had the most aggravating experience in years with your 'service persons' yesterday. They didn't speak good English, talked with very bad accents, talked too fast, did not comprehend what I needed, and worst of all, were stupid. I had had a very very good service person on with me three weeks ago, and he helped me perfectly. I had very high hopes when I called yesterday about one more simple issue, and got these idiots. I now wonder about Apples customer service ability. I ended up asking someone at work and fixed the problem myself after several minutes of research.

I had to be on the phone today with Aplle for over 5 hours! I was on with three to four technical supervisors. Nobody could solve a simple problem. One tech wanted me to take my entire system back to Apple. That was not happening because after having my house turned into the garden of Eden nothing was leaving. The last technical supervisor who's name is Ludia was on the phone with me for at least and I do mean at least three hours. She even gave me a beer break because I think she thought I was going to jump! We worked together and resolved the problem. Lydia needs more money, better hours, and a decent promotion. I had bee previously hung up on three time and onone returned my call as promised in the first 5 seconds of the call!

I missed dinner, two student conferences because every time I called the technician would try and begin 10 steps back! Thank you so much Lydia and good luck in Apple! You brought my confidence back in the best software and operating devices on the market!

I had buy an i pad air at SenHeng(Kampar branch) on 03/01/2014.On the 3rd day i find out that my ipad air cannot detect sim card with on top of the ipad air screen stated no sim.On the spot i send back my ipad air to SenHeng(Kampar branch)to claim it and the person who in charge let me know that have to wait about 2-3 weeks send for repair.On the spot i request to exchange a new one since i using it three days only but the salesman said need to send back KL check only can let me know the status.So i also wait for it.On 28/01/14 i receive a call from SenHeng(Kampar Branch) tell me that my ipad had finish repair and ask me to collect.When i come to collect my ipad air at (Kampar SenHeng) i ask the salesman to check for it and the same problem again with status no sim.Beside my ipad air also get some black spot on the back cover.It seem like you total haven't look about my case and just send back to me without any checking.What kind of this services?If SenHeng don't want to claim for me just say it out and i will take action about this case.I had ask Mr.Leong(SenHeng Kampar branch manager)to request change a new ipad air to me.Assume that you have use RM2K buy a an ipad air without using more than 3 days and have problem with just send it back to me without any checking and claim how would you think about it.I hope i can get back my new ipad air asap.Thank you.

my iPhone is no longer receiving my gmail messages from the computer link., The computer is getting them. I have tried 10 times to reset the password. unplugged the computer, booted it back up, changed the password - though it was never wrong - and still get the "mail cannot be received" password incorrect.

As a customer service representative myself, I know the impact that a positive experience and a negative experience can have on a customer and their outlook on the company based on just one simple interaction. In customer service, it is rare sometimes to get a positive reason at all for calling into customer service. I would like to commend my representative that I had tonight from Apple, Candy, on her ability to not only provide service, but also to connect, provide understanding, and build rapport.

My husband purchase Iphone 5 for my Christmas gift, after I had it for 2 weeks, I put on my front pocket, somehow the screen is broken when I took it out from my pocket. I never drop the phone or fell on the surface, I think the quality of Iphone screen glass is not strong or easy to crash. Since I didn't buy app care, when I went to Apple store, they told me the insurance is not cover and they will charge me $150 if I need fixing, this is too expensive for me and I didn't break the phone, the phone seems like broke by itself. so bad.

I do understand that this is a site that a lot of people vent about companies, but wouldn't it also to help to vent on those company's websites? Like for example, the person below me complains about a crappy iPhone. If that's the case, also complain about it on apple's site.
