RE: Reference. I am most unhappy with the support or lack thereof that I received this past sunday and monday. I called and asked about downloading pictures from my computer to my i phone. Never was I told that you specialize in support of computers and laptops, not i phones. Instead Amy talked me into a $149.99 repair of my computer and switched me over to Davis who worked hard to sraighten out an outlook problem, but never did address the original request of, can I download from my computer to my i phone. He only succeded in completely mixing up and partially eliminating my camera roll. This took 31/2 hours. I can no longer pick pictures and enlarge them. His answer was," take it into an Apple store.". Why wasn't I told that originally instead of spending$149.99 needlessly. I'm very disapppointed in this Apple deceptive service experience.
