Yes my phone was on my table Viber rated for about 5 to 8 seconds on its own and then shut off and then restarted on its own should I be concerned

Wow I'm surprised at the comments.....people should educate themselves on how to use a product before purchasing it.


If you have memory problems please don't get a smartphone because they require passwords and most people forget their passwords

everyone should go back to using a flip phone since a smart phone is way too smart for them

I have had an Apple phone since the 4 came out. I had my 4s for a long time until it started acting up. I was out of the country and my phone would not work. That's when I got fed up and return to the states to purchase another phone(upgrade) I thought this would fix my problem but it hasn't!!!! I purchased a 6 and my phone does the same thing the 4s was doing! When I turn my phone off and turn it back on I cannot get calls and cannot text or receive text! I have been to the apple store so much that they gave me instructions to fix it myself! What!It is the software! I have to reboot the software everytime I turn it off and turn it back on! Are you serious! This is so frustrating!!!! And I love my apple phone! Please Steve Jobs come down from heaven and fix my software!!!! I don't want to leave this family but it looks like that's what it's coming to!!! Apple has been no help at all!!!!!!

We have four apple products--big mistake! Mac Pro is worthless. Try install capital update and locks up computer. Will not buy any new apple products.

I want to get in an IPhone 6 but I have suffered with my IPhone 5 since I bought it! I take care of my phones(never drop them)and have to have a cell phone as its my only way of communication!!! I will be looking at a Samsung this time around, never had a problem when I had these phones!! You knew I had problems with my phone 2 weeks after I bought it and it's been over two years of suffering!!! I am not rich but need a dependable phone!!!! Thank You

Apple has complete control over everything that you do so I would be very careful when dealing with them. It doesn't matter who your provider is Apple is linked with all of them and they control the apps and ITunes. Safeguard your Apple Id and never make a mistake filling out your profile because they'll use it against you of you do. believe me I know!

I recently had trouble w/my email on my iPhone 6 constantly sending emails tat were deleted back to my inbox. I deleted my Comcast email account . I reset , but I must be missing a step because I'm not receiving emails. Help!

Most of the time when you get someone from Apple Support, you get an advisor who is specifically trained in what you need to talk to them about. If they are unable to resolve your issue, they will get you to someone who can help you. Most of the time when you get someone who doesn't know what they are talking about, just request a senior Advisor. Honestly the amount of complaining on this website about service is horrid. Apple Advisors try their very best to assist you in every imaginable way possible. Remember they are humans just like you and me, they won't always know the answer, but they will try their best!



If you are calling the store, An apple Advisor will help you get in contact with your store. The Genius's at the Apple Store do not know EVERYTHING software related. They are mostly there for Hardware Support. If you need help call the apple support number which is

I can honestly say that having been an Apple customer since 2007, I have never had a negative experience! With an initial purchase of a MacBookPro, I needed to call Apple Care a lot. All this "tech stuff" was new to me! The tech service over the phone was incredibly helpful. Their level of patience was truly exemplary. I have since bought many Apple products. I recommend Apple to anyone when asked about my Apple purchases ("toys"). I am usually hesitant to recommend anything for if it's not a positive outcome it sometimes "comes back at ya" so to speak. I worked many years as a health care professional and sad to say, Apple treated their customers far better (courtesy, know-how, etc.) than many working in health care. There is no perfection in any business, but Apple could teach a lot on how to deal with customers. And no, I have never worked for Apple.

On my apple iMac I keep getting a pop up window ( every 30+ minutes) that says: To view this web content, you need to install the Java Runtime Environment --etc. Apple Support thinks this is your issue and cannot stop it. Please help me remove it.

Hey guys how about we do this, lets not buy a piece of equipment you have no idea how to use and then get angry at the company? not everyone is having the same issue as you. No product is perfect. There is not one piece of equipment that doesnt malfunction from time to time.

Also, please keep in my mind, you are calling these people for help which is most of the time user error. It is there job to help you. Don't like the service because they don't speak english? Figure it out yourself then. Fix it yourself.

I just got hung up 2 times by your employee I had called your support number because you iPad is stuck on a display sowing a pic of a cord and a arrow to iTunes your employee is a East Indian accent and I called around ten thirty from wash state he started yelling at me when I said I couldn't get to settings that he kept trying me to get to because my iPad was stuck on that display he then hung up me! I called back and he answered and I asked for his supervisor to put a com ain't in on him he said he was the supervisor and I said to speak to who ever was over him he then hung up one I tried to call back and it was on a busy signal......who is this employee at Apple it seems to me you do NOT have a professional let alone a respectful person on your service line! please contact me I now have no one to help me with my iPad
