I switched from Comcast to EarthLink and I am so disappointed. My internet doesn't work while I am trying to resolve the issue, customer service keep hanged up. I need to cancel. Terrible service

I choose this service because I believed they are for awhile on market and let's give them a try. At first moment it looks good but later I found out that I am in contract what I didn't know before and reaching somebody wasn't that hard but understanding representative was impossible.Big disappointment from start and my experience say to me that it will be bad service.

I am trying to make payment and it should not be that hard take payment. I have several time today and it truly frustrated to keep repeat my information and give my address and name and still resolve issue and shouldn't be this hard to pay $69

Never have I had to deal with such an incomptwent company. They dis onnected live chat four times before they even aksed my problem. No one on the phone would speakclear English and no oen would transfer me to a U. S. operative.

I am very unhappy with earthlink's support service. I am being harassed from somewhere in India to open my computer. I paid $200.00 recently , left the computer open for hours and nothing was fixed. I will close the EarthLink account.
