Manchester PA. Happy Meal the French fries were cold, the hamburger was smashed, apple juice warm and 2 m&m McFlurrys were melted and with no spoons. When a 3 year old complains about his food t, that's bad. Will not be going back there.

Can't sign into the app can't transfer my points from my old cell phone and my old email to my new cell phone and my new email I'm freaking homeless I don't have a lot of time to charge my phone and I'm extremely hungry and I was Gd damn counting on that point system to get me food today

On redwood Blvd in Novato cali I was coming in to order coffee when all of a sudden I had to use the restroom when I got to the door another customer was waiting so I let him go first when he got out I started heading twards the door a short lady employee pushed passed me an shut door while locking it at same time never in my life have erver been treated like this she had said that I must be a customer first that was so rude I don't want to eat from this place again ever

Many McDonald's restaurants are not honoring survey validation codes if their promo was printed at a different location. The workers are fine but the bosses are making them do it.

The store in New Richmond Ohio is so lost.. Its a 50/50 chance your order is right.. Today they took so long that the car in front of me left before paying. I checked my account and some how another $9 was charged on my card.. RIDICULOUS

THE WORST! Went to my local McDonald's today after having put in a curbside order, which I do on a semi regular basis. I pulled into the curbside space, checked in and continue to wait. After having sat there for over 20 minutes, I went inside to see where my order was. Nobody knew anything about it. I spoke to the manager who was very rude and didn't even apologize. He wanted to know what I ordered and I showed him the order on my phone and the fact that I checked in. It took another 10 minutes. No apologies. No compensation. Nothing. I was so angry I just took the order and left. I should've checked the bag because the order was completely wrong. My drink was the only thing that was right.

I had the worst restaurant experience today and was treated with awful rudeness. I ordered a meal that was told was a special offer. When I went to pay they said I had to pay full price. I requested to change my order. He looked at me with such disgust while making noises under his breath. While ringing up my order he kept staring back at me with the look of disgust. Nearly throwing my change at me at the end and not saying a word. He followed me away with the same angry disgusting stare, as if I had just ruined his life. Never have I been treated this way after ordering food. Given the mistake was on the person that said you were offering a 2 for six when you actually weren't there was no reason to treat me as the bad guy. Your McDonald's restaurant in Tehachipi CA has issues, not only do the employees not know the menu but they are only accepting cash, the lines are around the building and out the doors, your going to be losing customers..

AGAIN.... the McDonalds at 71st and elm in Broken Arrow overcharged, did not give receipt and refused coupon that was not expired!!!!!

McDonald's at the corner of Cleary and Veterand Blvd. in Metairie, Louisiana NEVER has ice cream! Plus, if you try to phone before going, the phone is never answered. This is really pitiful.
You advertise ice cream, it's on your menu, yet they never have it. I think they are simply too lazy to prepare the ice cream in the machine!

Just wanted to give feedback on the Carver Ma restaurant. They use entirely too much ketchup and every bite tastes like a mouth full of ketchup . I regularly order McDoubles at area McDonald's , but this place makes the worst ! ! !

I am so tired of going into McDonald's and being told I have to order on the self service machine, instead of at the register. And then, after I order, I still have to go over to the cashier to have her read out my order and take my money. I don't want to use the machine. Why have staff if I can't order with them face to face? And how is it possibly efficient to basically order twice?

I just called the McDonald at 5020 city ave , 7:00pm a rude lady answered! trying to tell her Im trying to get thru the McDonald at 7500 city ave,and haverford bc bringing a large group of students tomorrow. Need to know when to place order and the number of 7500 city bc they are not picking up. This lady said; i can't help you, I said you dont understand let me explain she said you have to call tm nothing we can do and click hung up the phone while still talking. So unprofessional!!!

I have no clue what's going on with McDonald's but the last six times I've gotten a happy meal with a new toy as a parent I'd much rather you guys forget the fries or the main meal how do you put a happy meal together with new toy I also asked for barbecue sauce when I ordered nuggets didn't receive any when the girl handed me my bag close the window and I was still there rolled her eyes at me and asked me what I needed I said barbecue sauce and catch up please send me the barbecue sauce and One solo pack and catch up it makes perfect sense why all the people in McDonald's can be easily replaced by a robot

So I went to the McDonald's on 80th and Wadsworth in Arvada Colorado, the sign said three dollar bundle choose one then had the option to either pick A McDouble or a sausage mcmuffin. The manager refused to honor the price listed on the board. So, I went somewhere else. I only go to McDonald's about once a year, now it'll be two years. Thanks for the reminder.

I am always very disappointed with the service at 700 west 4th street McDonald's in Wilmington Delaware. I always use the drive through and when I get home something from my order is missing. Normally I will just let it go, but not today. They forgot my nuggets so I went back. The manager was not overly friendly and just handed me my nuggets. No apology, no refund, no upgrade, no nothing. I go to McDonald's way to much for them to keep all my money and not even get my food. Just to mention this is not the first time this has happened. McDonald has at least gotten $10 of my hard earned dollars for free. Not fair and I am very angry. I want my money back please🤬🤬

On 11-28-2019 went to the mcDonalds on 12394 to get something to eat.my order was 21.15 . But had to get my order redone twice so all other food was cold cold. Asked for a cheeseburger with mustard and pickles only. Well after messing up order twice I said never mind. The cashier number KS=13 he said just what are you wanting. I replied just like it says mustard and pickles only he replied we don't do special request. He was rude to me and another customer that asked for a pie. He told her we have it but can not sell it to you until we sale all the apple pies. Really so I was out 21.15 because it was so cold. What kind of customer service is this.

I used the mobile pay app and picked my order. Not only was I missing items, I was missing 5 sandwiches! I had to go back into the store to fix the error. Then when I got home, three of the hamburgers had no meat! This is not acceptable. When I complained I was not given anything for my inconvenience!

I was in a Mcdonald's last evening and had to wait 45 minutes to get my order! I had already paid , so I waited. There was only one person in the front and there were many cars lined up in drive thru not getting their food. Short staffed and wait of 45 minutes is not "fast food"! Location is in Norman on 12th st. I am very disappointed in service and wasted time. I should have gotten my money back when I finally received my order., or at least an apology and a free drink or something indicating that I am a paying and patient customer.

I ordered a McMuffin and a hash brown
- mind you I work with fryers daily.
I took one bite of my hash brown, GROSS
So I went and asked for the manager.. told her the oil in the dryers needs to be changed because the hash brown is GROSS. It tastes burned and looked like it's been fried 3 different times.
Her reply- I'll make you another
What part of " the oil is bad". Does she not understand?
I don't want another from that fryer lady.
So she turned to go make me a new one. I legit walked out.
I'm only writing because this isn't the first time the fries or has browns have come to me in this manner. They need to change that oil more often. PERIOD

I love McDonald's! But I'm a little confused because last week I got just a quarter pounder with cheese and with tax it came to $4.79. The receipt gave me a website to go on so that I could get a code to get a buy one get one free quarter pounder with cheese. So today my friend and I went to get those two burgers and the charge was $5.29 for the quarter pounder. Did the price Go up that much in less than a week? I asked the cashier and she said I don't know maybe they change the prices?

I visited your store on 63rd street in Westmont IL. As we arrived a young African American girl in uniform was climbing out of the drive thru window. She re entered the store thru the same doors I did and went back to her position near the drive thru. We ordered our food and received our order missing one order of fries and the Big Mac was supposed to have no pickle.. but it did. The drink machine was a mess. The counter near the machine had a drink spilled on it and the floors had wrappers and garbage left on it. The garbage cans were full. The young girl I spoke about earlier was in her phone texting and giggling playing with the other employees pony tail. As we were leaving she had put her personal belongings on the ordering counter and told the other young girl at the counter to "take my order Ho!" It seems this young crew needs some supervision on the evening shift and a lesson in what a clean place of business looks like.
