I just received my new Pebble. I have one issue, it continues to make it own sounds anytime it feels like it? I play it's own sounds even if I have a song playing, cute though it is, how do I stop this autoplay? You basically have NO TECH SUPPORT EITHER BY PHONE OR EMAIL? WHAT A CRAPPY COMPANY!! Thanks Phil

I ordered a blow dryer round one. And no one wants to help me. They send me the wrong one and they don't want to send me a return label.

I have been trying for days to get the status of my order . It was paid for and I received an email saying it was shipped weeks ago. There is no way to get a person on the phone at customer service. I'm very upset because I needed this item very badly. This is no wYto ru.n a business if I don't a response within the next day,I will be contacting BBB.

I have one of your MP3 players from 2009 White Satin I am trying to download books MP3 books for my computer to the MP3 player and I don't know how it won't work if you could please send me information on how I can do this I would appreciate
