My local Sunoco was changed to 711 I grew up with 711 was excited about as Sunoco did not stock and had poor management. Same disappointment same lies that we didn't receive product!!! Stock ur shelves order correctly!

Hello. I received an email from Jared Garrett, Vince if the Customer Experience Leader 7-Eleven,Inc. regarding my not being to redeem "free"Â? offerings from my rewards card via my email. I have over 13,000 points and would like to use them . I did follow the directions Jared provided in his email but after waiting and checking my email for one hour I did not receive any email to reset my password.

Horrible customer service,rude and not helpful. Blames all this problem on customers. Cashier needs to be Dealt with. Store# 35419 4239 Lemmon Ave. DALLAS,TX.
CASHIER TRYING TO $5.98 FOR HERSHEY CHOCOLATE BAR. MARKED $1.99.
Nasty rude cashier, not a good person representing your small company.

I paid for a tea ☕ bag and it .50¢ i have a thermal mug to put hot water in ... This guy is telling me say he charge me for hot water , he then says it's a refilling .. While I know you would have to purchase a item with liquids in it in order to be charged for a refilling... And I only purchase a tea bag , to make it worse I was alowed three times to purchase one tea bag and get hot water ... He says ima charge you for a refilling.

Charge me for the wrong thing and i went back to check what he charge me for and i got 5 hot wings for 3.99 nd he charge me 7.45.... i came back...and he was like you havent payed for them.. when i told him that he did charge me for them but the wrong price he was trying to charge me again for them... and he said thatbhe dont want to deal with me no more. Gave me my money back... and he was you cant buy anything no more . And i didnt ate anything in the hole day and i was starting by the way its around 1 oclock in the morning. Im mad because i didnt ate anything because of that guy.... really disitesfied
