I still dont understand whom is to be contacted to change the registered mobile and registered email. I had contacted your service center , each time he will update it, and in next bill cycle you will send ebill to somebody else...



Pathetic experience...!. Next time if Airtel is available somewhere I will take the next service provider which will provide service because i dont have time to repeat the same procedure again & again

I got my worst experience today at Airtel Office on Zik Avenue, Awka Anambra State. I was greeted by a saucy gateman coupled with a nagging customer service attendant. The office was closed before 4p.m. without any notice at the entrance. My complaint was not attended to. Airtel Authoriries should exercise a total overhaul on the workers in this office. I work where customers are treated as Kings and Queens.I was turned down yesterday ) due to the fact that I got there after 4pm. for further investigation and clarification. I may publish this misconduct where nothing is done to rectify this lackadisical attitude of these staff members.

Good morning. I ve been calling the customer care service but no one is attending to me, Am not using the internet on my Nokia 302, except my whatsapp which I subscribed for, yet the way my creidit is been deducted daily annoyes meI have been calling for more than one week now, no one talks to me, what is the use of customer care service number when its not serving people? I like airtel network, and I don't want to regret it. Please I need a feedback as soon as possible. Thank you.

Am Esabu samuel i went to Airtel shop Shoprite Entebbe Rd,bought this new line ,submitted my phone to this agent phone no,but only to my frustration up to now my number is not activated.i wonder whether activation process is selective or these agents just don't take care of what has been given to them..up to when am i supposed to wait

I am not able to talk to customercare executivess for last two weeks. Before two weeks i talk to the cust. care executive regarding the message that 750 mb at Rs. 25 only, 150 mb immeditly & 600 mb after 1 day. I rechraged that very day but I only got 150 mb. When I called up to ask regarding that cust. care exec. told me that she is transferring call to his senior but after that the phone cut & I am not able to communicate since then as if my number is blocked.

i have an airtel connection for the past one month an advertisement appears in my phoneAT -AIRINF stating i have been renwed for FESTIVAL PACK subscription and start deduction Rs,5.o I have never subscribed for this i do not why my number comes on air tel list i have already been charged Rs.15/- which has been deducted from me. Kindly stop this and refund an amount of Rs.15/- Thanks K Ramanujam

I have a mobile connection but I don't use it to make calls. I find that my balance becomes zero in no time even without making any calls. Airtel is a fraud company and they don't allow the customer to even use 121 to complain about their service because there is no balance in the account. The govt is hand in glove with these fraudsters because it is they who have decided that the customer needs to pay even to register their complaint. I only use the internet service and that too is very slow. Thanks to these companies, the Indian customers can never dream of getting any justice.

I WAS CHRG FOR CALLERTUNE AND CHANGE SONG AND OTHER DAY FOR JOKED SHAYRI .I CALL CUST SERV THEY SAID ITS 2 DAYS WIL NOT REFUND ..AIRTEL IS FRAUD COMPANY IN MONTH THEY FOOL 100000 MILLON CUSTBUY DOING FRAUD 9ACTIVATEING SERVICE THEMSELF,,,,

i have got through a very bad experience. since last 10 days they are saying that within next 6 hours i will get my wifi connection but every time they prove themselves to be wrong. i belong to lucknow .Now i m not even sure that the complaints sent to them have any meaning or its just a formality to call 121 or 198?
