Worst, most frustrating customer service experience I've ever had. Needed to report suspected identity theft. Fraud reporting number on their website is disconnected. General customer service lines have wait times over two hours. First time I reached a live person, she told me to go to my local branch. I live in the US. There is no local branch. The second customer service rep I reached told me "not to worry about it" and hung up on me.
Abysmal experience. As far as I can tell, short of buying a plane ticket, there is no way for me to resolve this. Screw these guys.
