My family and I will not be shopping at your stores anymore since you have decided to no longer carry My Pillow as a political gesture. You have caved to the left. Deeply disappointed in your company.

It has come to my attention Bed Bath & Beyond has decided to discontinue Mike Lindell's My Pillow products due to "economic" reasons. The timing of this decision very suspect, it's been reported his product was dropped due to his support of President Trump and his outspokenness of voter fraud. I fully support Mike Lindell and the stance he's taken to protect our freedoms and democracy. I'm very disappointed with your decision to follow the "cancel culture" with people you disagree with. I will no longer shop in your store and would like to cancel my membership. I will also encourage people in my circle of influence to do the same.

I am writing to ask you to reinstate Mike Lindell's My Pillow to your stores. You are treating Mike badly and unfairly just because you were advised by the left with their war tactics to drop his products because he was standing with Trump.

I am one of those 75 million people who voted for President Trump . I have been buying from your store for years.

I WILL BE TO BOYCOTTING YOUR STORE UNTIL HE IS REINSTATED. This a free country, I thought. VERY UNFAIR.

I would like to take this opportunity to share my experience at two locations in WA today, Jan 17, 2021. I stopped at the Bed,Bath and Beyond, Bellevue Crossroads store. I was shopping for the Bee & Willow twin flannel sheets that I viewed online. I was at the checkout with sales associate, Yenesia, who was very courteous, helpful as I was looking for a particular print, w/o success not in stock I asked if another store carried that design. She contacted her superior, Bill who has access to view other stores inventory and he graciously took over and contacted the stores. He personal looked for me in the store to advise he located that item and needed my name to put on hold.
It's not often that one would take the time to send a complimentary letter of their experience, more often one is quick to send a note of dissatisfaction.
I decided to drive to a closer location in Redmond and look at their inventory, prior to leaving I called and spoke to an associate, who knew exactly what I was inquiring. I drove to that store and not realizing the associate put it on ahold. I was directed to Allesandro (last name), he was from NY, he held it in back and to my amazement I now have it and ready to take it to CA for my 90 year old mother.
Thank you to the wonderful staff at your stores here in WA. They all went beyond a customer's expectation, all three Bill, Yenesia and Alessandro were so genuine in providing great customer service In experience and care. I am very grateful to have made the trip to those stores.

Totally disgusted and disappointed. I received the wrong item and it was picked up by Fedex on April 20.
A replacement was never mailed and it was never credited back. So Bed Bath has been holding my money since the.
I called Customer Service to speak with someone and the young woman said all managers were in meetings and someone would get back to me. That never happened. Daniel Creel sent me an email on April 20th. No resolution
I do not want the replacement any more, how about crediting me back since the end of April.

I just purchased your 20 oz. latte mugs that are porcelain and made in Denmark. I just want to tell you how thrilled I am with them. They are definitely what I was looking for and couldn't find. Please tell the vendor that he has a good product and I appreciate it.

I was in Bed Bath and Beyond Killingly CT. # 1276 today to do some Christmas shopping.
A young lady by the name of Jen Dupre helped me get everything I was looking for. She was absolutely awesome. She was polite and very helpful. I really appreciated her friendly attitude. It is my experience that in the customer service arena, good employees are a rare commodity. I say this as being a past owner of five bagel shops. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give her a 10. Although I rarely fill out surveys, I just had to pass my thought on. I think BBB is fortunate to have such an employee.

Today, I was shopping at your store located at l4824 S. Military Trail in Delray Beach, FL. I required help from an employee and was lucky enough to find to help me. I must tell you that it was an absolute pleasure to work with her. Not only does she know the stock but she is by far one of the sweetest people I have ever met. I look forward to returning to that branch again and I will definitely look for her when I need help. She is an asset to the company.

On 8/18/2015 I have the pleasure to have Michael Ontiveros from the Burbank store assist me on my shopping, Michael went above and beyond the call of duty,He was pleasant, and always smiling,very efficient as far as calling others stores through out California. Michael was not happy until I got everything I need it. He need to be commend for being such a great employee.

I am writing to commend an employee for their great customer service. My name is Anthony Lake Store location: 610 Exterior St, Bronx,NY 10451. On July 17, 2015 at 4:40p I had the pleasure of having employee Mark assist me in my shopping needs I have been a long time shopper of your store but this particular day I had an exceptionally pleasant shopping experience with the help of Mark. I wanted to tell the Manager on site but she seemed quite busy so I decided to write in to tell the store know what a wonderful experience I had shopping on the date mentioned above. I believe Mark should be commended for the excellent work he did to make my shopping experience a pleasurable one.

Yesterday was my first visit to your store. I had searched online for a Resin topped folding table. You had stated online, that you had one. I went in to your store, and found a table packaged as a Resin Folding table. When I got home, it was a Vinyl topped table. I found a similar table at lowe's for $29.99. Vinyl topped. It would take 2 hours + of my time to return the table. I can't recommend your org. Had the box NOT BEEN IDENTIFIED AS A RESIN TOPPED TABLE, I would not have bought it. I am very un happy!

I received confirmation of my order of 1/3/15, The charge is $53.37, but the total I get is only $45.38. There is no listed charge for shipping, and I understood that shipping was free.The item was charged to my Visa card.Please comment...

I was so happy when I left the store this afternoon, thanks to the wonderful customer service I received from Ben Delaney. I wish all customer service reps were like him especially this time of year. It was very important for me to find this specific item and not only did he help me he went beyond that finding it online as well as informing me I still had time to get it for Christmas, typed all the info in & even had it gift wrapped all the while not making me feel I was a bother. My thanks to you again, Ben.

On November 29, 2014 I placed an order over the phone with Bed Bath and Beyond of Dublin, California. The item I ordered was the Power Pressure Cooker XL. They gave me my 20% discount, and it only took 6 days for the product to arrive on my front door step.
I am very pleased with their delivery service there was no charge for the delivery, and none the less I was very very pleased for the way they had packaged the product it was the product package inside a box and that one was then within the larger box labeled BedBathandBeyond. I received the package in great condition like it left from the store. Thank you again BB & B for your happy customer service.
Plus I would also like to take note the lady that took my order and that was the day of Black Friday and I was not particularly feeling too good she was more than ready and willing to take the order over the phone and said it was not necessary for me to come down to pick it up since she would send it to me, so I took her up on the offer and I thank her very much.
I am not very good at names, my apologies. Not that old, I just have some of those moments from time to time I am very pleased to place an order through BB & B.

I have an injured ankle and was dreading going to the store to have a shipment sent to my daughter in another town. The customer service sent me to Mike Reeds at the Barry Road location in Kansas City MO. Well, in the modern days it's really hard to find the customer service
Mike Reeds offered. I bought a cookware set and he answered all my questions with courtesy and professionalism. He processed my order and I was on my way to my car in 7 minutes.
I cannot express enough what a great experience it was.

I called their Customer service support 800 number and got a recorded ad for a alert to wear around your neck. When I called the second time and was on hold for a representative, I got another recording directing me to call another number for free directory assistance. Then both times I was told to HANG UP!! What kind of service is that ????

Must tell you that the people working at your store in Fayetteville NC are the best. They all deserve an Orchid letter from corporate...they are friendly, helpful, knowlegable and go out of there way to help solve any problem a customer might have. I love shopping there...only wish I lived closer (35 miles away). Three cheers for E Chapman...and the others I met there on my last trip 1/07/14.

I was fleeced by free "EXPEDITED" shipping. Order was to be delivered in 3/4 days. According to receipt business days are not mentioned, and I know that is what is meant. However it is taking a week to get this. I was also told this could have been taken care of by getting from another local store. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER!!!

I would like to let you know that you have a exceptional associate. Her name is Brittany Martin and she works at the Bolingbrook store. She was very helpful and pleasant. She made my shopping at your store very easy and very helpful, Brittany even had my bridal gift purchases shipped to my home with free wrapping and no fee. Was a pleasure doing my shopping at Bed, Bath, and Beyond.
