I have been coming to the Chick-fil-A located at 6350 Cimmaron Blvd. in Orlando Florida since it opened.
I have watched to go through transformation now to the new outside ordering system of the awning and the double machines unfortunately it serves no purpose when they put attendance out here trying to take orders that does not speed up the process it slows the process down whenever it's just the machines and the car is allowed to go through individually it moves much faster much smoother apparently when a person is in front of someone taking an order it in soon as a conversation which slows down the whole concept of having two monitors to speed up the process I sit for sometimes 15 and 20 minutes as I watch a server trying to take an order from a vehicle that I am stuck behind
Hello - I visited a local Chick-fil-a earlier this evening and the order did not include all of the food for which we paid. It was order # 5646838, and the large fries were not included. We noticed this after we arrived home. Also missing was the CFS and Buffalo sauces. We tried calling the store but we were put on hold, and I am still waiting for someone to answer as I write this message. The total wait time thus far has been over 30 minutes. I would also like to note that the service for the order was slow, as the two employees outside the drive-through window were joking and laughing with the people inside while customers continued to wait for their food. I would just like to have the large fries my daughter wanted but I cannot get through to anyone at both the resturaunt or on the CFS Cares Line.
This is the second complaint I've had about the Chick-fil-A store on Westheimer in front of Target. I was given a milkshake and cookies as recompense for a very serious problem about two weeks ago and thank you for that . However a few days ago my daughter and granddaughter went to that store and the Sprite was nothing but water . She requested ketchup and received none and she also requested gluten-free bun and did not get that either. It's necessary for her diet. I'm kind of shocked at these occurrences at Chick-fil-A. Rebecca at the drive thru window was very snotty. The restaurant at Broadway and Dartmouth in Denver area treats there customers poorly. I suggested they put someone on the drive thru microphone that spoke English. The lady taking orders spoke in an Asian accent that was difficult to understand. She also got my order wrong. I was called a very rude lady for mentioning this. The manager agreed with Rebecca that she had the right to call me a rude person. The manager was not willing to accept any type of suggestion. The manager seemed amused i'd called and asked what else he could help me with. I told him Rebecca should be fired. He laughingly told me that wasn't going to happen. I did not know that chik fil A employees could smart mouth customers and be supported by management. WOW!!
what started out as a missing kids meal, has now turned into a compeltely disgusted customer expereience. i have left 3 voice messages at the store and no one returned my call. talked to, on 3 separate occasions the customer help line and was assured that the owner would return my calls and NOTHING. in addition I have no follow up, either calls or emails from CUSTOMER SERVICE. so what is my next course of action? will someone contact me? i am appalled at this service from the store all the way thru my calls to customer service. 24 hours until I file formal complaint. this is ridiculous, not even the store will call me back.

Found customer service at this Chick-fil-A disgusting my order was wrong the girl didn't understand the menu she didn't seem to understand English it's Chick-fil-A I 635 and MacArthur FSU #00529 Irving Texas order number on 1/16/2017 Carry out I ordered a number one no pickles with a superfood salad I got french fries. No I am not happy with the fact that you couldn't take my order took forever to get it taken! She didn't know the menu or how to work the cash register more than displeased and threw away your french fries and say thank you but for what call the number on the ticket they never answered
I was in line my order was already put in. In the other line this truck comes up and before I knew it Karey said you are after the truck. I asked why I was in line before him. She said the othet cashier printed his receipt before mine. I said that was unfair she said that's how it is done. Well as I was going through the line. They took the car behind me their food. I was waiting behind the truck. Than they brought me my food. Well I still had to wait until the truck got their food now my food is getting cold because I am waiting to go and can't..if I sent through the line before the truck I wouldn't have to wait. I will NEVER COME BACK TO CHICK-FIL-A.if you are in line don't have someone before anyone.

Please help the Vestavia Hills, AL store. They need to be trained by the manager at the Hoover Store. It's not rocket science that the line is not moving, the manager just stands there with an open bag and no one notices you at the counter and 6 employees are eating together on break!!
My wife and I dine @ Chick-fil-A on DeZavala Road, San Antonio, TX on 12/15/16 where we eat very often because my wife likes Cob Salad w/ unsweetened ice tea and I order Chicken salad sandwich combo w/ unsweetened ice tea. I have been using a Chick-fil-A expire coupons where I receive free Chick-fil-A sandwich. Well this time the Chick-fil-A employee that took my order said she cannot except the expired Chick-fil-A coupon. My answer was WHAT!!!
I asked for the manager and employee brought over Mrs Atkinson and she said - she was manager - and that Chick-fil-A was not excepting Chick-fil-A expired coupons for the past year only digital ones. I told her I been using these Chick-fil-A coupons for this past year - many times and understand Chick-fil-A policy is to except any ligament coupon as long not reprint. Manger copped an attitude when I told her that I was going to write up the incident. I am getting mixed messages about Chick-fil-A coupons. The Chick-fil-A store should at least implement some basic training how to handle coupons especially when the store name is on the Chick-fil-A coupon. I see on my receipt there is a web survey, if completed with-in two days, can receive a free chicken sandwich, I wonder if the Chick-fil-A store will honor the deal. For information - other fast food restaurants give a discount to veterans with valid military ID card. Would be nice for the Chick-fil-A management of the store or the Chick-fil-A corporate to get in touch with me and resolve this issue.
I have live in Olathe and Overland Park in Kansas and the chicken fil a there were super educated people always smiling & helpful doing all sorts of events spending money to reach the community. Now I live in PA near Plymouth Meeting and they are rude not nice at all no interesting events for the customers and I miss a lot the words of Olathe (KS) It is my pleasure. ....and it was indeed a pleasure
