Circle K. 102 Rusing Rd EW Denham Springs LA - not up to par. Restrooms not clean, not stocked with paper products. Product on shelves looked sparse in some areas. I like to stop at circle K but cleanliness is not consistent across stores. Might have to switch to Raceway or Q?
Just stopped at circle k in auburn on center st. I've stopped at a lot of circle Ks in maine but I wanted to recognize the young lady on center st. Lorraine you can tell takes great pride in her store! She's there everyday greeting me with a smile an making me feel like I just walked into a room full of friends! This young lady should be praised! She dose a fantastic job ! Thank you for having such a wonderful manager she truly is a model for how stores should be run!
Very poor service most of the time. You can't get a mocha or any flavored coffee. They come out of the machine tasting like icky water. 3 times I have had this happen. The employees act like they have no idea how to fix the problem and really Don't care to. I have talked to other people that have had the same problem. Please do something about this
I was fired Monday they texted me telling I was and wouldn't tell me why they finally said it was a drug deal I'm sorry but I didn't get paid enough to put gas's in my carI go see the cameras for the day in question I had a friend bring me ibuprofen they fired me because they can't tell what it is. There was no money exchanged I'm pretty sure they don't just give you drugs for free .. then a customer calls me telling me she seen the video. Is it customary to show the cameras to customers
I pre-ordered empanadas off of the Menu n paid the night before. I asked for them to be ready by 7:30am. The clerk Willie asked me to put down 7 am. I arrive in the morning at 7:40am and they are not prepared. The new associate, Ayana (in training) is left Unattended with out supervision. She had no manager on duty with her at 7, nor at 10 or the entire day. She informed me no one was present to give me a refund. How is this possible for a corporation that makes Billions? Some form of management was there but refused to come forward n complete the task at hand but got paid on corporates payroll. Associate theft is the highest for of theft at Corp.

I was at your Circle K store on Bell and 56th st. on the southeast corner of the road. It used to be Sinclair gas station. The women working there wouldn`t let me in the store because she was taking a 5 minute break, and she was extremely rude. She`s an African American woman with braids. I`ve never been to a convenience store that acted that way.
Really turned me off. Not sure that`s who you want representing your company
The Circle K at 4th and Eastern in Moore is so hot inside. You walk in and it takes your breath away and the poor employees that have to wirk in it is inhumane. I am sweating when I leave the store and can't imagine working a shift in there with it so hot. Someone's going to have a heat stroke and then you're gonna have a lawsuit on your hands.
This store managements are unprofessional n very rude when it comes to customer service.. I have purchased 3 head phone and the product is over price n over rated so u know, I'm even embarrassed to have to give it for Bday present.. I'm not happy and I'm retuning mine only but the management don't have a set of rules but telling me if I have a revue or or the box they will returned it .. I didn't get a receipt thst nite so I didn't even know if was rang in the register or not .. then min later management telling me only exchanges after she told she will return it.. and why would want another one knowing it made by same company thier product is not worth that kind a money
The nite I purchased the head phone I lost my money $1400 maybe more then the next day $500 thst nite $400 then the very next day$300 n nite $209 and today$500 snd do rude not even one employee would asked if I would care for drink.. then they wanna totally loose my biz over $28.00 head phone
U see is not ever the money is about selling this crappy product made from other country snd getting for $2.00 and selling it for $28.00 is a rubbery if u asked me.. I will wait to give this store a very , very poor review until I heard from whoever person to know what Customer Servuce really meant u have my info I'll be waiting.
I love circle K I live on their big gulp sodas, but lately it's been a very bad, depressing,and uncaring experience. I have informed the employees numerous time that the fountain Coke dispenser is filled with 'Diet 'Coke'. They continually allow customer to purchase the diet coke with the reason I was told is that they were out of regular coke so he just put diet coke there instead. Please help. There are so many treble events happening in the world why not make the experience in your store pleasant? Racetrack and Quicktrip up the street have picked up the ball and they offer Fountain Coke where coke should be. I am sure the Coca-Cola company would want you to give his customers what it is purchasing from them to be satisfying to their customers. It would be very considerate to the customer if they received what they were purchasing. Maybe you can get him to change the coke.
Ok so I went to your store on Covington hwy to take my disabled husband to the bathroom. I got into the bathroom was yelled at by one the the clerks there because I took my husband into the ladies room. Because I do this at every place I take him he is unable to go by himself so I take him the ladies room unless there's a family bathroom. My experience was unbelievable. But the clerk came in after me had my husband in the handicapped stall door shut nobody else in the bathroom. She yelled saying you can't have him in this bathroom. It does not matter that's he's on a wheelchair he cannot be in the ladies room. I stated he's slrwdfy on the toilet. So I told her he's already using the bathroom. She leaves and another woman comes in yelling at me stating he cannot be in the bathroom for ladies. So I opened the door snd told her that I would make sure I went I. The men's room the next time but what I don't understand we were in an enclosed stall no one in the bathroom at the time snd getting yelled at by somebody who doesn't understand the disabled people really upset me. This circle k is new and used to be a racetrack gas station had no problem with them when I took my husband into the same bathroom I really did not appreciate being talked to like I was an idiot. My husband has been in a wheelchair fir sixteen years and I run into idiot unprofessional customer service people but this was upsetting to me to be yelled at like I was a child I am done venting do something about your customer service people. Thry could have handled it slot differently then telling st us
I was at a Circle K on the corner of Boone trail and Owen drive-in Fayetteville North Carolina the gas attendant did not great me when I walked in the door I asked for a receipt because the gas pumps were out a receipt Tape and she did not acknowledge me and just handed me the receipt without thank you or anything she seemed to have a bad attitude because if my Skin color and she was too busy on her cell phone I am not happy at all at this store. I frequent this store several times when on coming in from out a town and this attendant was not very customer friendly at all.
circle K in the colony Texas, went from bad to worse. Smells bad. Employees get treated like s..t. No breaks, often there by themselves. If employees are not happy that transfers to customers. I was hopping for an improvement when circle K took over but it went from bad to worse.
The Circle K in Steubenville needs corporate managers to pay them a visit!!!! The manager of that store doesn't know what she is doing!!! The one assistant manager is consistently several hours late for her shift! The morning girl consistently works alone til it's time for her shift to end without a bathroom break or any other break which is against the Law!!!!!!!

They lady asked for my birth day I gave it to her then she proceeded to tell me she isn't selling me anything, so my husband had went I. To get wat I would had like she denied him even my 60 year old mother in law went in an she denied her to so I can say that lady is the authority freak. I am 30 year old my husband 41 so there is no reason she should had done wat she had done I will not be going back there
Prior to the merger of Flash by Circle K, I held and used the Go Blue Flash discount card. I hadn't used the Flash discount card in several years so with the issue of a new Circle K card I made a small purchase (5 gal gas can) to see if nothing got lost in the merger or lack of use.
On October 17, 2019 I purchased $13.41 of gasoline at the 340 E. Lanier Ave. Fayetteville Circle K station. I checked on my credit union account multiple times but there was no ACH transfer. After 4 days I contacted Circle K by e-mail to find a solution to the transfer or lack there of. No helpful information from Circle K could be obtained so I personally visited my credit union. I could find nothing wrong with the information I was provided by either Circle K or my credit union.
Finally Circle K personnel mentioned the name of the bank they were dealing with and it was one I closed the account on several months earlier. Probably solved?...... well almost. I owe either Circle K or the the station $13.41. With the lack friendly helpful folks at Circle K I will not not provide my bank information.
What I need now is a bill or an address where I can send payment.
Tracy at circle k freedom highway worthington wv, is loud , rude, obnoxious,disrespectful and is a serious threat to customer relations.on monday 12-9-2019a custtomer was checking out, the clerk bagged the purchase and then informed customer they dont accept american express.one of the members of the party had walked out to smoke a newly purchased cigarette, and instead of calmly asking for other payment options, Tracy started insulting customer, she could be heard by patrons outside pumping gas, this was not enough for this monster, Tracy walked outside marching back and forth across the parking lot screaming obscenities and making a fool of herself, during this time the customer paid cash, but Tracy the Tyrant proceded to call the law, making an even bigger scene, when proof of payment was shown to the officers, this monster fabricated a story resulting in the arrest of an innocent person.I have shopped this location for over 40 yrs, thru 3 different owners. But i will take my business elsewhere and will discourage friends and family from shopping circle k unless this monster is removed. Thank You Raymond Goff
