I made a reservation at the San Antonio Days Inn I-10 Fiesta/Medical Center for my daughter, her husband, and sick baby who has an 8:30 am appointment with a lung specialist. They arrived late, after midnight, but I had indicated on the Booking.com website that they would be a late arrival and were coming with a baby. Although the room couldn't be prepaid, we did give credit card information to guarantee payment. The attendant Rajesh Reddy Mandeipudi was very rude, had difficulty finding the confirmed reservation, and even told my daughter he shouldn't even let her in! They called us, we quickly filled out all documents he required, and emailed back to him. The confirmed reservation took 40 minutes for check in!! As per usual, as a genius level reviewer on Booking.com and TripAdvisor, I will be posting reviews on those sights. We are frequent global travelers, including to San Antonio. Never have we or any of our family ever had such a horrible reception. Dealing with the public can be difficult, but our daughter was respectful AND had a very sick baby. She did not deserve this treatment. I would ask that she receive an apology, at the least. Sincerely, Cathy Hansen Lopez

My wife and I are highly upset with our stay at the Port Royal, SC Days Inn. My son graduated boot camp for the marines and we, like many other parents, had to find a hotel for the 2 day event. We knew the rates would be higher than usual due to the constant business the weekly marine graduations bring to hotels in the area, but were not expecting to pay $224 for two days in the room we got. It was a poorly kept and very outdatedly furnished room with 2 beds. When we checked into the room we uncovered the comforters and top sheets/cover of one bed to find pubic hairs and clothes lint on the fitted sheet that we would be sleeping on later that night. Obviously the bed linens were NOT CHANGED after the previous occupants. Also the floor in the bathroom was not clean, in fact there was dirt and scum of some sort all over the floor. We complained at the front desk and were given another room. The second room seemed clean when we walked in but when we pulled back the linens on one of the beds there was a blood stain in the middle of the sheet! The sheet had been washed but WHO WANTS TO SLEEP ON A BLOOD STAIN??? So we complained again and they sent someone to change out those linens as well. I took a picture of the blood stain and would post it here if there was a way to on this site. When we went to shower that night there was also a dead roach on the bathroom floor at the base of the rear of the toilet. NOW... we were expecting to pay a little more for a room so close to Parris Island, but we feel cheated and let down with what we got for our money. If anyone CARES and reads this wanting to make amends in compensation for this please contact me, Thomas Hood. We stayed at your hotel on 1/18 and 1/19 2017. We had room 207 originally then were sent to room 140. Look up my bill and call me???

Days Inn is an International hotel group, and they need to do a better job at managing their hotels. I had no problem with the stay, everything was up to standard, but I left a jacket with my shades inside of the jacket in my room and it disappeared. You can run a hotel like Days Inn and not screening your employees to make sure things like this don't occur.

We just stayed at a Days Inn in Statesville, N. Carolina. It is a place I would not want to put my name on unless you want a bad reputation. I don't mind rundown, I know people are hard on motels but, filthy dirty is another thing. You really need to inspect places that bear your name. It's a disgrace. On top of that they charged us $15.00 extra cause we have a dog. I wouldn't even let her lay on the floor, it was that dirty. So cleaning fee of $15.00. What a joke. Check out the reviews on trip advisor. Wish I had.

I was mortified and disgusted with the way I was treated at a Days Inn property in San Bruno near the San Francisco airport. I went to the desk and explained a situation to a General Manager who also claimed he was the owner. I was calm at first but then he began talking over me and arguing. Then he stated he would not deal with my complaint. I askes if there was someone else I could speak with so he wrote down a phone number. The phone number was his! He stated he wanted to teach me a lesson that there is no one to deal with my issue. Then when I tried to explain again he talked over me again, shouted, and threatened to call the San Francisco police on me. The most disgusting display of customer service! Why this individual is allowed to be in hospitality is beyond me. I don't recommend anyone stay at this particular San Bruno property. I spent an hour crying and agitated in my hotel room because of the way this supposed GM treated me. Completely uncalled for and disrespectful. I have stayed at Days Inn prior to this visit and was never treated this way.

Corporate should check periodically to insure each hotel is keeping up the expected quality in service and cleanest required

By far the worst hotel!!! I reserved the room and made arrangements to have my puppies there with me. Apparently, the puppies were not welcomed....housekeepers made multiple negative comments about our puppies. One asked what kind of dog and then told us it doesn't look like it as if she was saying we were lying. So unprofessional. The front desk was helpful but housekeeping just were unprofessional! I reserved 2 nights and will not be staying the second one since it is so uncomfortable with the parties 4 doors down from us and the crappie staff. Asked for an end room and was given it nor was there a note like I was told there would be. Just horrible! Room was ghetto and door doesn't even close right. The shower curtain hado black stains not sure maybe black mold. Just disgusting! I should not be responsible for the second night since I am leaving to drive 3 hrs when I shouldn't have to.this place is unprofessional and dirty as hell!

Days inn in Lancaster, PA. Off route 501. Check in Dec. 9th to the 20th. First 4 days went to front desk to ask if someone could check the internet.front desk was very courteous but you need different technical support. It seems like all the tech would tell your people to unplug the Internet and plug it back in. I lost a lot of work time but now had to go elsewhere in Lancaster to work. It defeats the whole purpose of staying here. Upset your Internet is really bad. 2 other rooms told me they couldn't connect either

The hotel was located in an ideal place. Parking lot was very small to the point of being complicated, to get in or out of. A strong smell of burnt rotten cabbage permeated throughout the 3rd floor. We stayed in room 303.My husband and I went walking, we brought a few items back with us, when we came back we couldn't get into our room (plastic card didn'the work). Husband goes to the desk,Husband comes back upstairs after being told card would work.I'm tired, husband tired, worse of all my medication was locked in that room in my pocketbook.I have osteoarthritis, was in mild pain. 45 minutes later,(now I am sitting on the hallway floor, husband looking like, what the heck). Manager, clerk and locksmith working on the door ( no lie, I have pictures). Husband buys medication from drug store calls friend to come get us. 2 hours later we come back, maid posted at door to prevent robbery, door is busted to hell. They had to break in. Clerk pats husband on back apologizes and tells husband, was is 5ft 2inches,that he is the big Boss for being so patient. That's nice but we are suing for $1000.00.

Will never again stay at a Days Inn. We stayed in Port Royal at Days Inn and it was infested with cockroaches. We checked out and because we reserved through Travelocity we didn't get a receipt of our checkout and even though they've cleaned the room and nothing is in it they will not confirm we left. The lady that checked us out did not notate we left either so we can not get our refund. After reading all of these reviews I would think the corporation would work on cleaning up their motels. This shows they don't care. We will not be staying in their chains again.

I stayed at a Days Inn in Wagoner Oklahoma, got bed bugs. I have tried to contact corporate but . Surprise can't get ahold of anyone. I am very pissed. I had a severe allergic reaction to the bed bugs. No one from Days Inn will return my calls. I'm going to the health department about this.

I stay in hotels 50 nights per year. I checked into the Days Inn Maryville Missouri at 4:30 pm. I returned at 10:30 pm to find that my keys did not work. The owner, who checked me in, approached me asking how I had gotten the room. It turned out he had been in the room and been through our stuff including my wife's purse. He would not explain himself or apologize as I felt he should. He was insulting and terrible to deal with. We ended up leaving the Hotel with no other rooms available in town. He followed up by calling us to further insult us. I won't be back ever!

Me and my family drove 4 hours to stay at this dump. We reserved rooms 3 nights before we got there and when we checked in HELL was probably cleaner than this. We checked in at 11 pm and the first room was filthy not clean beds not made. Second room they moved us to bed sheets were nasty so we had to change the sheets ourselves. We tried to get our money back and DAVID good luck getting it back. Never will stay at days inn again. One customer walked in there room and it was already occupied. NEVER GO TO DAYSINN NORTH IN KNOXVILLE TN

I was very unhappy with the amount of services that I received at the Madison Wisconsin location. I checked in after driving 6 hours at 8:00pm. I attempted to lay down around 10pm. At 1030pm I was calling front desk due to kids racing down the halls. So, the lady from the desk came up but they ran. 11pm they started knocking on doors running down the hallways again. The pool closed it got worse I was told it would settle down at 1:00am they had them down speaking with the entire room about their behavior. I called again at 115am the lady at the desk stated where speaking to them and have a great night and hung up on me. At 6:27am it started again to the point my daughter asked that they please quit running due to people trying to sleep. I went down to the front desk and request for a full refund to find out 3 more people complaining about the same problem. When does all customers matter and deserve the same respect. Could someone please give me a call Lissa Wells-Blaackmon

I am a business owner, I am a Wyndham rewards member whom travels. I utilize Wyndham hotel when convenient to do so. my most recent stay cost me double for the room due to a new policy put in place to cover damages that ties my money up for as long as 15 days. I operate strictly from my business bank account, i do not use credit cards i am not in a position for Wyndham to hold my money hostage if you are going to do so you owe me interest on my funds. I will be utilizing my points for my next stay and then i will no longer stay at any Wyndham hotel. Acorrding to coperate nothing they can due I am also a choice member whom will be getting all my business in the future. I will also be utilizing social meadia to relay my dis-satisfaction with Wyndham. S W Black

I had reservations at Days Inn Orpyland/Music Valley on Saturday, November 5. We arrived around 6 p.m. My aunt and I went to the room to check out the cleanliness and to make sure there were no bedbugs. The room was very smelly and dirty. Upon checking the mattresses, we found bug casings in between the mattress and boxsprings on one of the beds. We quickly exited the room and went to speak with the desk clerk. He accompanied us back to the room to inspect our findings. He agreed it was "summer bugs" but not bed bugs. We did not want to stay because of the "bugs" in one of the beds. After a lengthy discussion, he agreed to refund our cash that I paid on check-in. However, when we left, he charged my credit card. He said the room was not suitable to sell after our inspection. If we did not find anything, we would have put the beds back together and continued our stay. However, with bugs found, I do not think the room was suitable for occupancy. He was not very helpful and argumentative. Will you please make sure my money is refunded? I booked the room through Booking.com. My booking number Thank you for your help.

Bossier city, Louisiana location. None of the people at the front desk can agree on anything. This is my 3rd stay at this location and because of the frustration about practically everything it will be my last.

We are in Days Inn in Lake Village, Arkansas. The first room was infested with a small shiny non-biting bug, so we're moved to another which was equally infested. Days Inn will not be used by us again.

My friend and I checked in at the Days Inn at 1700 N. Chester st. Gastonia, NC. The service was absolutely horrible. Both rooms were filthy, & the bedding had not been changed. When we complained the clerk kept delaying us. Finally when we asked for our money back, the clerk said it had been too long a time period & refused the refund. The hotel is really in need of repair and maintenance. It is also infested with cockroaches and spiders. While we were in a long line to complain, we heard others with the same complaints. They were also refused their refund. We don't expect to be treated this way when we paid good money up front. I expect some action & compensation. My name is Valerie Titman,

I stayed at the days inn in Sevierville, Tennessee October 15, 2016. when I got to my room I went straight to the bed to turn down the covers and when I stepped next to the bed there was a sharp metal bar sticking about 6 to 8 inches out from the bottom of the mattress and sliced my leg open. It bleed pretty good. My husband went to the office to report it and they gave him a bandaid. I've emailed the corporate office twice and have gotten no response. My next step is to talk to a lawyer. My recommendation to anyone thinking of staying at a days inn is to run, run, run. I will never stay at another one.

StillI am in shock, after finding public hair on the floor, on the outside of the tub, patches of hair on the bottom part of the door, and roach gel hardened on the wall. Spoke w/ Management while showing him video of what was in the restroom. Besides this finding is unacceptable. Explained a personal events in my life that happened to me, he looks at me ask me what room number I was in when he seen that I paid with Expedia, he hands me a business while telling me. That his manager will be in on Tuesday morning. He has a blank look on his face! I asked him for corporates number he said it will be on the website. So I headed back to my room, trying to make sense of what just happened. Feeling belittled, disrespected, and many more other emotions the phone in the room rings and it's him asking if the things I found were still where I found them I answered him yes. Event halls mean I could have somebody come in and clean it for you in which I answered yes. He comes in the room with I assume to be the head housekeeper they take a look in the restroom they walked out and then a housekeeper comes in the bathroom. Not one time did he apologize or say anything at all he did make a comment towards me for the life of me I can't remember it word for word I took it's in a negative way. His actions followed. I have been unable to use my 4G data in the room as well as the Wi-Fi. I spent two days at the Days Inn near City of Hope and they were the absolute best very clean rooms customer service was awesome that is the only reason I came to Days Inn in West Covina the ratings here or a bit higher.

Booked a Days Inn on 10/7/17 in Winston-Salem N.C. From the moment we opened the door to the room it stunk so bad we immediately left with our bags still in our hands. They charged us for the room for 2 nights and we are now trying to get our money back. CHEAP & DIRTY & STINKY. DON'T EVER STAY IN A DAYS INN!!!!!!!!
